C’est dans ce petit village de pêcheurs de La Napoule, niché dans la baie de Cannes, que les portes du restaurant doublement étoilé, L’Oasis, s’ouvrent sur un luxuriant patio. Là, à l’ombre des platanes centenaires, Stéphane, Antoine et François Raimbault ont trouvé l’écrin parfait à leur cuisine.

Chaque matin, Stéphane Raimbault fait son marché à Forville pour une carte ancrée dans le terroir méditerranéen, qui n’oublie cependant pas les neuf années que le Chef a passé au Japon, par des notes très personnelles venues du Pays du Soleil Levant. En tandem avec son frère Antoine, ils jouent une partition toujours respectueuse du produit, aux saveurs à la fois traditionnelles et nomades.

Le Chef Pâtissier, François Raimbault s’illustre par la fameuse « Caravane des Desserts », tandis que Pascal Paulze, Chef Sommelier, signe une carte des vins riche et variée, inspirée du travail en biodynamie de certains des plus grands vignerons français.
