This is the best ab workout plan. I think it costed a couple bucks to get the full version, I don't really remember, but it is amaaazzzziinnnggg!! I never usually leave reviews, but I've been working out my abs for years and never really got results, but by using this app for only a couple weeks (combined with cardio and strength training that I normally do), I'm already starting to get visible abs!! I can't wait to see the results when I actually get through the 8 weeks!! Important tip: don't forget to keep your abs tight throughout the entire workout and if you have fat covering your abs do hiit cardio and make sure to eat healthy!! But seriously get this app if you want abs!!!! It takes such a short amount of time each day and you will definitely get results!!

Athlean-X (makers of this app) have constantly provided useful advice and important guidance in training. This little app helps give you a varied core workout everyday with two rest days. I'm very impressed with the app. Sometimes the selfies on the weeks mess up though. Pros: Great exercises (duh) Varied exercises Quick healthy food ideas Cons: Can be ever so slightly unstable as selfie mode can't be edited that well (as in removing and reuploading)

This abs app really challenges me. My abs can't even survive the first day. This is really legit But the videos while the workout is starting freezes and we don't have any guide to look at how to execute the exercise. Please fix this freeze issue. I'm still a big fan and proud to become team Athlean

Love this app. I have tried a few different ab workout apps. This one is by far the best! It has videos to follow along. It gives you different ideas for diet. There is even a spot to take before and after selfish to see how much you have changed. Awesome job guys! Keep up the great work!!

Athlean x is a dream come true. So many tell you reps and never focus on technique and intent. At least noe that i have found. This man is god sent. I was discouraged from working out because i was doing it wrong all these years. Now im extra motived to feel sore!!!

As a fellow PT I enjoy much of what Jeff puts out. So far I am one week in and everything works. I have had some trouble with it tracking days correctly if I open the app more than once a day (like to take a pic, view eating ideas etc after having already done the work out). This is a ab program, so that is all it has been. Might be nice to throw in some back work, or should at least educate people to do so, to prevent imbalance. Not everyone will understand that point. As far as abs go though, this is great stuff.

Im rewriting review. I gave 3 stars earlier due to additional equipment usage (have to buy)...but they are very usefull. I finish my abs workout first thing in morning. Its been 5 weeks now and changes are really showing. Got 4 of 6 abs. Never in 20 years of doing cruches had i seen any abs showing up. I plan to repeat 8 week training for rest of my morning life. This is good decipline. For workouts...some are really hard. I usually give up in 45sec for some of 1min workouts. But im improving every week. PhysioBall workout are hard and for some i m swapping with alternatives. Need more practise on physio ball. The band exercise are good and u can reuse bands for chest and shoulder workouts later. As a bonus...my core has strengthened a lot....and posture improved. (Lot of planks in workouts) In all this is the best abs workout app i every paid money for.

This app as the name accurately described is only for AbsStructuring. This app is meant for the guys who are already lean or thin NOT FAT. I'm trying shape my entire body...but will still try to turn my flabby tummy into 6AbPack

Would give more stars but the videos wont load. So I'm not able to use the app. Just fixed it. Delete and then reinstall if ypu have the same issue.

I love the app the workouts are extremely intense. The 7 or so minutes that it takes is all that you need. After your abs are just killed. I wouldn't have recommended this app to other people. I found it from his YouTube channel which I subscribe to.

Such a scam guys, yes it probably will get you a six pack but if you wanna get ripped they make you buy pro for any worthwhile exercises. Guys just go to the gym and get a book at the library about nutrition and working out. It's free. ( Or better yet just go on YouTube )

It is a great workout app and ripped my abs. By far this is the best abs app i have ever seen.But one thing i want to mention is that not everyone has the money to spend to but rhe athlene pro thing so please remove that.

Good program, but pretty much an app you pay for after the first week - it is worth it so far. The reminder alarm is a bit inconsistent whether it goes off or not.

Just try it. I thought my core was strong. Struggles to get half way through. The varied exercises each time hit hard to reach abdos. Nothing to loosr trying it. Bet you can't complete it first time around.

Wow! You can really feel it working! The next day I have soreness in my abs that I welcome. Only day 8 and already seeing a difference. The variety of exercises keeps the workout fresh. GET THE APP!!! Your abs will love you and hate you at the same time.

I loved this app untill I got to around week three and one of the exercises required an exercise ball. I don't have an exercise ball and there isn't an option to not have to use it. This is extremely irritating. I don't know what to do about it as I have become reliant on this app to tell me what to do. Please fix this.

They don't seem like much, but these are really hard workouts. And because they don't take much time, you can work them in with your normal lifting or cardio routine. Great for a stronger core.

Personally I'd like to see the workouts be where with in the app be free in respect of that not all people have $2.99 to spend. However I understand charging when it comes to supplamental stuff or say if I we're being trained in person. So I hope that Jeff takes this suggestion into consideration because not everyone can afford $2.99. Like all I'm saying is concideration would be appreciated.

Absolutely love the app, the only thing I dislike about it is that on shuffle if I click no equipment it still gives me ones with a resistance band. Fix that and it would be perfect

Unfortunately though not in my abs, which is why I downloaded this app. Also, I was neglecting my diet, so when I saw that this app came with a meal plan, i was so happy. It works. I only need to control my diet now. Athlean x should make a app for other muscle groups!! Overall it is an amazing app. Can I also recommend that this app also include a mode that focuses on certain ab muscle in a workout instead of all in one workout.

These are short but so effective. The workouts are about 4-6 minutes in length, but they're so effective that it feels like you've worked out longer. I'm already a pretty fit guy, but these prevent you from hitting the plateau. The format is easy to understand and the app helps you track all necessary information, including meals. How much better can it get for only about $5? Very well made and great exercises.

I am a swimmer and use this app to improve my core stability to assist with keeping my hips up and rotation. This workout is absolutely superb, way better than the endless planks i used to perform to achieve the same. A+

The app is not perfect (e.g. switching between routines takes at least three "clicks"), but it does the job, does it really well, and is pretty inexpensive. Every exercise has a clear video and a chart showing the muscles targeted. Every routine has a clear layout showing exercises, rest periods and their duration. Start the routine, and a voice guides you through the stages, with notifications at halfway points and 10 seconds remaining. Perhaps most importantly, even though the exercises are generally very effective and the routines challenging, they are all very safe. I've been doing them for months and have never had any discomfort (apart from the usual soreness), let alone injury. By contrast, I had a go at a full sit-up programme a few months ago and immediately hurt my abdomen. The later programmes start to integrate more equipment: a ball, a physio ball, a frame and bands. These may be less useful if you don't have access to such apparatus, or if it's not convenient, but there are still dozens of exercises and workouts on this app that require no equipment at all. Overall, I'm very happy with this app and have recommended it to friends.

I think there should be a section in that app that tells you how to do an exercise insted of a one rep gif that will focus more on jeff's physique than preforming the movement.

Amazing program that brings results even from the first week. The excercises were challenging but, manageable even for a beginner like me. Recomend you give it a try even if you cant do the workouts very well. Progression is what matters the most and with 8 weeks, you will progress and the results will show.
