MHC Clinic Network Locator

After every update ( which is very frequent) all data is wiped out and u have to create and input all your details all over again. Also, it wont let you use the program if an update is avaiable until you install it. BAD!

Couldnt load my ecard and i couldnt see the doctor without it. In extreme pain and sat there with a sprained neck

I cant even access clinic locator.

After latest update to 2.20 i hv to re-register, i register as MHC Program successfully but the ecard shows sompo star as the program instead. Former is company panel while latter is my personal accident plan. So i cannot check my record. Previous version was fine.Pls fix.

Never experienced a apps that do terrible. Please fix this useless apps. Need login to get clinic locations but never successfully login.

Not able to review details of past visits. Only dates and clinic visited shown in the summary.

Why does this app have so many updates? How many times would one open this? Probably not so often. And every time I want to use it, I'm forced to update it first before using it. Main issue with that is the account must be linked again and the information required is sometimes not at hand. If there are noticeable improvement after each update, it's still understandable. But looking at the ratings and the comments, you know you are not on the right path.

Troublesome cos have to re-setup account when I already have an account. Hassle to key in birthdate too. Had to keep tapping on the arrows until I realised I could just tap in the current year to change it. Should be a drop down box starting with year.

Why does it keep telling me to update when it has already been re-installed. Solve it please !

Keeps requesting me to update but there isn't any update available! How else can I know which clinic to go to if the App is unreliable??

Had to re do the acoount setup once the app is updated. Not convinient at all.

App didn't work. Defects the purpose. Keep asking me to update but no new version can be used. Error all the way

Failed to retrieved my info and therefore app don't let me locate MHC Clinic. My credentials are working on PC. What is the purpose of this app ?

Use drop down for Birthdate. If I'm 70 yrs old, do you expect us to click 1 by 1 from the current date to our date of birth?

I am not able to retrieve my visit info.

The app compresses the CLEAR photos we attached then reject our claims saying the invoice is not clear...WTF!

What does it mean by Connection time out? I was trying to set up for 3 days already.

E-card always does not load! It doesn't save my registration info as well, so i need to register again everytime i use it.

wrong info provided on the location of the clinics.

The app don't have a way to reset password when you forgotten your password.

Lousy apps. Suddenly can't login. Request for reset password but no email being received.

Not a friendly user app

Won't let me sign in anymore -- not sure if a bug with this app on the Note 8 or just in general, as it used to work on a different phone. Also, it has a terrible battery drain bug -- make sure to force close after use or it'll eat through 2% per hour in the background.

Can't setup multiple dependent.

Please scrap this app

Unable to connect

After latest update, all my preset particulars were missing and need to setup again, very annoying. And I only can touch the screen few times, then I the apps dies and and I can't touch anymore... lousy apps I have ever use so far
