Flash on call and SMS are light signals for your device while receiving messages and calls. Ice and frost will run out as you can turn on the flashlight and the white screen at the same time with maximum brightness and you will get the maximum light of your device and maybe, you will feel a little warmer.

But if you want you can use the flashlight with the flash and the flashlight with the white screen separately.
