A bunch of gangsters! Take my money then let my girlfriend go to agency and she can't take money out and don't give me a reason and take 10 days to refund me! I'm off too western union.

It was easy and affrdable one to send money to my native place by online....later on some security reasons they cant made transaction by online. And they said u can send money only by locations. Its tooo expensive for me and they cant even clarify my doubts

The app is fairly ok and I have sent money using it and everything went through ok. My main dislike with the app is that it does not have any way to exit from it. You can log out but you can not exit. Developers please do something about this. Thanks.

This is basically a browser pointing at their website... And useless by the way. You guys gotta invest some money to develop this app..

CROOKS AND FRAUDS!!!Guys avoid this app they are Crooks!!! Sent my husband money on 2nd July and cancelled the transaction as it took ages to get authorised, today 15th July and still NO refund, customer service very unhelpful, World Remit a excellent app and refund you straight away if any issues..ain't using this app again it sucks!!! 20th of July still no refund and been fobbed off with excuses, I feel these people have made me a victim of fraud...Update now 6th August STILL NO REFUND...

Logging into this app is never straightforward, I always get issues. It's fine to send money once I managed to log in, but logging in is a different story, either getting a bad request, or not recognising your password, getting your account locked and the having to ring moneygram, it's terrible.

I tried to send money but after you try to upload that driving licence photo it crashes. Useless,don't download.

I've entered all my details and you just blocked me for security reasons? Bullshit app.

Stupid stupid stupid company won't let me send money on the app to someone who I send money too every week from a shop as they are a untrusted person stupid idiots they even email to say they have collected the money

Absolute rubbish!! Learn from your competitor. Western Union App is a billion times better.

This is terrible I cant search up my own country and it blocks your card So it hacks and you can't make an account properly

Pls do not download this app. My money has been deducted from my account without processing the transaction .and now i cannot sign in to the app.looks like a fraud .

Uninstalled it before I even bothered using it. 1 star based on other reviews. I'll stick to western union :)

Excelent i used this after western union messd me about i dont know what those reviews are on about it was half the price when using a bank card had a bit of a problem sending it so phoned customer services who informed it was my bank bloking it and they were right so knowledgeable costomer sevice and when it got approved it was ready to pick up in a matter of seconds

I think that this app needs updating because Romania it's in EU since 2007 and it's not on the list at identity card

Fantastic that they now going to use Ripple (XRP) blockchain technology to transfer money. It's quicker, cheaper and easier.

This app is rubbish. I downloaded this on Saturday 17th February 2018 and sent three hundred and Ten Pounds and it accepted the payment, gave me a reference all to which seemed like a transaction completed. I checked my bank account on Sunday and the money had not been deducted from my account. I attempted to login to my MoneyGram App and it said sorry there has been an error please try again. After many attempts I became worried this was a scam app and called MoneyGram and after trying several phone numbers listed and listening to too many option I found a number that put me through to a bad mannered operator who put me on hold for ten minutes only to come back and say my account had been closed without any explanation. Companies like this should be closed by the Financial Services Authorities as they have not given any consideration to the public and not reached their obligation to me in accepting the payment and not contacting me and notifying me of the non payment which lost me the purchase which I contracted.

I used online services buy western union many anther 5 minutes interest rates only they charge £9.98 is safe faster than any money gram or any other sender

Was able to create account pay for transfer and then boom nothing works anymore, error coming up to call cust service. Called them and been cut off.

MoneyGram are liars they do not give refunds when you ask for them they come up with stupid excuses they say it is a problem with the receiver they are unreasonable I'm nothing but a bunch of Thieves so really I can say goodbye to my money that I send but the receiver didn't get I am going to expose MoneyGram for what they are liars and thieves I would not recommend MoneyGram to anyone stay clear from MoneyGram or you will regret it don't be a sucker to their lies for your own sanity do not install the app
