UNFCU Phone

This is a good app for basic banking. The mobile deposit is probably the best of it's features, since there are not many UNFCU branches around! I just wish the camera controls where included in mobile deposit for better focus control.

Use material design, it is faster

Awful ancient design, missing features, very rarely updated, no fingerprint support, slow... I expected much more from an institution like UNFCU.

Dear developers, I am really not at all confident in what you are presenting with this app on behalf of unfcu. I am constantly kicked off the app because of some network /maintenance issues. Plus, it is a slow and not overly attractive presentation. You can do better!

It needs a lot more work. I can only transfer money between my accounts.

Dear Developer's, Appreciate if could please add the option for overseas/external transfer tab and too add new beneficiaries.

Does everything you could want from a mobile app. I have never had any issue with it.

Like others, just sits on initial screen "loading" and never does anything from there.

Basic app. Many features such as international wire transfer are missing.....hope unfcu is listening our voice.

Loading on first-time for 15 mins. Never know that it is useless!!!

Am able to do most of the transactions seamlessly anywhere at anytime! I highly recommend it to anyone.

It's always saying that I have to log in with new credentials after it locks me out for no reason. I need this app to do my mobile deposits. It's not that easy to travel all the way to the main branch to perform basic transactions.

Very handy tool

Difficult to use and navigate, resetting passwords is a cumbersome nightmare.

This app is so difficult to set-up with some many details to add that I gave up and I consider myself very literate and had no problems with most other banking sites. Why do you set your requirements 5x higher than the one's for your website. This makes the app useless for me and pretty surely for most other users.

This is by far the worst app I have every used. So many problems and so time consuming that it is not even worth your time. DO NOT DOWNLOAD this application. None of the features work on this app. What is the point of an app that does nothing. Absolutely NOTHING! Actually it does do something very well. It will annoy and frustrate you until you cannot take it anymore. That much is for sure.

Couldn't login

An app that makes it impossible to reset password at least on android. Never seen a more poorly designed app before. Redo it or scrap it.

Cannot pass the first screen at setup. What ever you enter as captcha the app simply doe not recognize. This is for android version. IOS version works!

Works well enough and allows instant transfers to other UNFCU accounts which is very important for me.

OK for simple transaction but have to return to a browser to have full Internet banking.

Not able to set it up. Kept trying for really long time, difficult to enter info as the keyboard is on the way and the screen doesn't move. Then errors that are not explained properly, then after a tedious long time get an error message and not able to register. Nobody tried it before launching? I am using a samsung galaxy note 3.

After completing all the required data -- the last item is the randomly generated code (in order to ensure that a person is typing input, rather than machine) and the system just keeps looping, i.e., data does not match.

Ever since I had the opportunity to use online banking I never had a problem with it until I started using online banking with United Nations Federal Credit Union. Online Banking is not friendly with any kind of internet browser and the online mobile app is very confusing and very hard to set up. You are unable to make credit card payments because it requires some pop ups to be unlocked but when you unlock them the page refreshes and it goes back to the summary. Signing fr mobile app is too time consuming

The newest version is user friendly and offers more functionality. Thanks for updating the app!

After i updated previous version the application completely stop working. Its crashes after every attempt to start application.
