Alabama CU for Android

I have always loved this app but when I got a new phone it won't recognize my password. I can open on a computer but not my phone. I have called and gone to my branch in person and no one had an answer. When I went to the branch it finally let me log in but now isn't working again.

The mobile deposit does not work with my Galaxy S5. Annoying!!! Everything else works great.

The app crashes a lot. 2 out of 10 times I get on it, somethings wrong with it and it won't show my account balance or anything else.

Will Not let me log in. Says my info is wrong. And that is not true! Can we please fix that. What's the point of an app that does NOT work!?

It's a good app. However, sometimes I can't log in. So I have to uninstall the app.

I only got this app for the check deposit feature since I can do everything else on the website. The check deposit feature does not work because the picture is blurry and will not adjust the focus at all. EDIT: Camera now focuses!

Small bug is your password starts with a one or more letters, followed by a $, €, ¥, ₩ it is almost impossible to type in on the phone. For some reason an extra space is added. "BrIT€" gets entered into the phone as "BrIT €" Also no way to "scan" a check to deposit.

App does not work at all. I am new to this app, and could not get anywhere to enter info to access my acct.

Unable to sign in. It keeps telling me my sign in or password information is incorrect.

Love this app, but it won't transfer my money anymore. I hit approve and everything but the money stays in checking and won't go to savings. Very frustrating!

The apps works well, but it won't show credit card information properly. It worked initially, but after one of the updates it stopped.

Every time I actually need to use this app, it wants a new activation code. Still a gimpy looking iPhone clone, too. I like the check deposit feature but since I can't seem to ever log in like a normal user I never really get to use it.

However, the back of the check continually takes blurry pictures. I've changed lighting, positioning, different backgrounds, and always blurry. I'm so irritated because I have work all day every day and never get a chance to actually go by the bank. Would be a great feature if it worked, won't adjust blur no matter what.

Very sticky. Not smooth and doesn't flow nicely. But a good start I guess. Never had an update so I'd say it's time to roll something out.

I took 28 pictures and all were blurry. Camera within the app tries to zoom in at the very moment you click photo, making it impossible to read. Tried my phone camera and photos were crystal clear. What a waste of time...

Great app, but won't allow me to log in every few weeks. I've had to uninstall and reinstall it a lot. * Still having the same issue every week. I never received a phone call, nor email regarding this issue. That leads me to believe that the response to my initial post was to temporarily pacify. The automated phone line is more reliable.

UPDATE: THE APP WAS UNINSTALLED, THEN RE-INSTALLED. EVERYTHING WORKS PERFECRLY NOW. ORIGINAL: I just downloaded the app on my new phone (Samsung Note 4). The option to make deposits is missing. I had it on my old phone (Samsung Galaxy 3). Is the deposit feature still possible with this app?

locked up and locked me out with blank screen

New version has added polish, but it still looks like a gimpy iPhone port. I do like the check deposit feature, though. Everything works, just not very quickly.

Gives a snap shot of your balance and easy to transfer money from accounts. I like the ability to deposit checks but it doesn't do well with the handwritten personal ones.

The deposit check ability using the camera doesn't work on the HTC One M8.

App is OK if just checking balances and transferring between accounts. If making a deposit, it's not going to happen. I migrated from ios and it worked flawlessly, but on andriod I can't make deposits because there is no decimal on the number keypad to enter.

Not working anymore just a blank screen

Pretty good app over all. There is one bug. Tapping on recent activity for the savings account results in a plain white screen with no data. I'm using the HTC One.

It does what its suppose to do... It just looks so old...
