I can check balances and transactions, transfer funds, deposit checks. I like the quick login feature for when I just want to see if something has cleared. ETA 5/12/17 The app wants to update with a bunch of new permissions. Why do you need call logs? Why do you need to see my contacts? Edit again, new phone means i had to download the version with extra permissions. The updated app looks nice and works fine, outside of the glitch with the passcode screen at times. I do wish the sign off were available from every screen so I didn't need to back up to the main page to sign off.

I did love this app but since i updated it i hate it. The old format was great, dont know why they had to change it.

Liked this app until it updated now I'm lucky if it'll let me login to my account I work out of town so used this to manage funds while away if not fixed soon will be switching funds to my other bank

Works well and never had any issues. Very convenient.

It worked to check my savings account balance, now not even that after having to install again do to reset on phone. Have an Account and it says "invalid credentials"....

Recent upgrade to app broke it on LG G5 using 7.0 Android.

I registered for mobile banking and then i go to log in and it froze my credentials

Works to check balances and do transfers and that's about it. The mobile deposit is the worst. Front of the check pictures auto focus on the first go 95% of the time. I don't think I've ever had the back of the check focus, and makes it nearly impossible to finish the transaction. Sometimes you can get lucky, and they accept a blurry signed check, but it is such a huge hassle for something that should be so easy. Allow manual focus or maybe even using a flash?

Someone told me to download this app to deposit my checks using the camera. It doesn't even work. The camera is blurry and I know it isn't my phone, it's the app. The app is really only good for making transfers.

I don't use mobile banking for much other than for just checking my balance and making transactions between accounts. For that, this is perfect

The check deposit doesn't work. The local ATM doesn't take deposits. I'm about ready to change banks, depositing a check shouldn't be this complicated.

Not sure why the reviews are this low. It's a great app with a little room for improvement. I use it almost every day and it is very helpful.

I love that it's so easy to use and I can pay all my bills on one app. Will never bank with anyone but truity.

I want to deposit my check but instead i get a popup that says, "username already exists". Please fix

They are always doing maintenance and they always lock up my logins and I have to reset them. I shouldn't have to reset my logins so often. And I should be able to check my balance without having to wait hours for them to finish maintenance.

This app will crash your phone would have been nice but hopefully will have a working app someday

Just reset my password 3-26-15 and it is saying invalid password or user I'd!! This is going to make me close my account..

It was good for a while but started having trouble with it and couldn't ever get into it anymore.

If it were possible I would give this disaster a zero. It is clumsy, buggy and simply a gigantic turd. On several occasions I have given it accurate login info only to be told that it was wrong, or that I was blocked. It is crap and whoever programmed it should be castrated with a rusty spoon.

I would prefer to be able to know what my negative balance is instead of just seeing a "?".

Junk app. I keep getting booted back to the login screen with no rhyme or reason. I've tried long enough to get this app to work. I saved myself some trouble and uninstalled it. Samsung Galaxy S4

I have tried this app, followed directions, call for support, and done all I was told to do. I have uninstalled and retried months later a couple of times. It still doesn't work!!!!! I would love this app if it worked, but it doesn't.

Even after reading the bad reviews, I still thought I would give it a shot. Now please keep in mind this is my 3rd time installing and uninstalling this app. Every single time it opens then my screen goes all black. DONE trying!! Great bank horrible app.
