Garbage app from the garbage banking industry. Closing my account, they want to share way too much of my info including my social security number with too many shady characters.

This app is absolute trash. Did you even do usability testing? If you did you failed miserably. Users can't even sign in which makes the app useless. Not sure why I expected it to work. Garbage app from a garbage bank. Do better!

If you want to use this app to deposit checks don't bother. I've taken dozens of pictures of checks only to have them rejected evey time. The developers of this app should be ashamed of themselves.

The check deposit works for the front half but I usually waste 10 minutes trying to get a half way decent picture of the back. All the app needs is to stop trying to auto focus for you when you snap the picture, and instead let you focus by tapping the screen before taking the picture. Other apps like Ibotta function that way.

I got this app to do banking for my elderly mom. No branches near me so I needed the check deposit feature. Absolutely useless. Repeatedly told me that it couldn't read the photo, with both my phone and iPad. Spent over 30 minutes in various lighting situations trying to take a photo the app would accept. Nothing. Waste of my time. Now i have to make a special trip to the nearest branch, which is 20 miles away.

Ever since the upgrade it won't allow me to log in even after they reset it for me. Plus it's virtually impossible to take a picture of any check to deposit.

Cell phones are a miracle, if you don't like this app. Get off your ass and go to the bank

All of a sudden the Mobil deposit feature stopped working. What is the problem? This is very frustrsting, please fix asap!!!!

Not an useful app! Cannot deposit checks anymore with this app.

Says my login/PW are incorrect, even though they are not. Just started happening. FIX IT!

I entered my username and password correctly, but couldn't sign in with the app. I had to sign into the website on my phone's Web browser instead. Just going to keep logging into the website from my phone from now on.

Every time I take a picture of the back of the check, I watch it go from in focus to out of focus. Of course the app just passes by the focused imahe. Every. Time. It takes at least 10 tries to get a picture the app will accept. It's incredibly frustrating. I don't know why they didn't think the built in camera software did a good enough job.

Ever since the update, I have not been able to sign into my account. I put my password in correctly but it says that it's incorrect. Very frustrating.

Capital one is much more simple and has more options. If you forget your password or need help there is no help provided by this app.

Crashes when making deposits. Reported to customer service ten days ago. CS was like deer in headlights despite detailed report. Please tell them because the dont believe the app is broken!

New update now shows Java code in entry forms and buttons. I can't tell what button does what and the form entries are filled in with their Java labels instead of blank. Please fix soon so i can use it again...

Takes about 15 tries to get a check to deposit, as the app crashes sporadically throughout the process.

When typing in the amount I'm trying to deposit, it adds an extra "0" to the amount, causing it to look like I'm depositing hundreds/thousands when this is not the case.

The keyboard on the app doesn't have a decimal point. Was told to download a separate keyboard. My old Casio commando paper weight was no problem. My new Samsung galaxy note 3 is . Seriously?

This app used to work correctly on my ancient HTC Inspire. Upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy Mega, which has a much newer version of Android. It's now unusable for deposits as the keyboard doesn't have a decimal point anymore.

This is by far the worst banking application! Always crashes and I didn't feel safe using it.Please fix it!

I downloaded this app and immediately deposited a check using the mobile deposit feature. It worked great, no problem. It adds a ton of convenience to banking at Sandy Spring!

Eh. In some cases the web page is actually easier to view/use than this app. The font sizes are so big that you can't even read recent transactions. I'm hoping for improvements soon. Galaxy nexus

Doesn't display properly on the Samsung Galaxy Nexus. It might be because its running ICS or because it has a higher screen resolution then other phones.

App is very outdated!
