I haven't had any of the issues other people are talking about with bugs and glitches. Very convenient to check my balance, deposit checks and transfer money from anywhere.

You are in the hub of technological innovation in the Silicon Valley yet your app doesn't work. Very disappointing.

Not fond of the fact that I can not view my credit card activity but it shows me my checking account activity. It would be great if this was fixed.

It won't let me deposit checks...but I used to be able to. What's that all about??!!

This does not work now on my tablet it sucks. It has a short life I can use it on my phone but not on my tablet

I have an account with them but have to use actual website because this app says "sorry try again later" 95% of the time

Log in credentials are buggy and will not allow users to log in.

I downloaded this app in the hopes it would make banking more convenient but I can't pay any bills through it because their is no tab for billpay. Please make billpay an option in the next update.

Doesn't work.

They revamped the whole app and i had to reregester, that was kinda annoying, but after I reregesterd one day it just decided to not let me log in anymore. I asumed I had forgotten my login info. But then I used the same info I always use on my laptop an it let me log in fine. The app is so nice when it works but useless most of the time

I cannot log in and they asked you to create a new handler name for the website and for the app... crying out loud...why do you have to make 2 different handle name for the same bank...it's sooo inconvenience...and the customer hotline it gives me a lot of run around before i reach the person i need to talk to

Used to work fine until the last update. Too many login issues, and definitely not worth my time to re install.

I rec'd an email that stated the app would be updated & that my username and password would no longer be valid as the app was set to be updated on 4-27. So, I've uninstalled the app and came back to the PlayStore to reinstall the update however it doesn't appear that the app has been updated. The m.ost recent update says 8-20-14. also the most recent reviews are bad. Who is developing your app? Spend a few $ to get it right. Esp for this highly sensitive info.

This app is not useful, I could only see how much is available and couldn't see my transactions. Also, their was an update and now I can't even get into my account. Wish I would of known how difficult it would be to get into my own account before I got this card!

Deposit check is back. Overall its an OK app

Updating my review. They just finished a massive update that makes it so that you have to reregister. The problem is that after entering my info it says it can't find my account. WTF? Fix this

It was good for a while, not the best. But now its just wothless.

The app won't let me log in anymore keeps telling me I'm blocked, Please fix this.

I have used this app forever and now after the update it sayd my credentials are blocked but if I log on online, i can access my account just fine what a waste

I like the check deposit function. Fund tranfer seems good. Bill pay could really be improved. Five stars are attainable, but you're not quite there, yet. Better than nothing, tho.

Seriously, who is working on this? Not very trust-inducing when the app my bank is offering me is this buggy. Login is a game of chance, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't and you don't even get a meaningful error message. To top it off, after some number (I'm not sure it the number is really determined anywhere) your login gets blocked!

I don't want the mobile banking only want to use it online, have been with this credit union since it began. Had no problems until the mobile idea started

Worked great on my old phone but after downloading it onto my new phone it won't let me log in no matter how many register / password reset hoops I jump through. I am shocked by this poor update implementation and the lack of useful response to an apparently common problem.

Doesn't remember that I set up my password and security questions!!! I'm using the latest version of Android on my Samsung Galaxy s6.

Makes me re register and still constantly says invalid credentials. Terrible bug!

Pretty bad app. I logged in and got stuck on the loading screen. Awesome.

Constant trouble with this app since they made their "upgrade". It would not allow me to log in.

Simple and nice

I used to be able to log in. Now it tells me that my password is incorrect although i can log in on the website. Fix this problem or I will not score any higher. I see everyone else is having these issues so it's not just me.

I use to love this app. I always use this app, to check my saving, credit card balance, my checking and my car loan. However, since the last update it doesn't let me LOG IN! Its so frustrating. I have had this app for years and now its not working. The most frustrating thing is that I can't do noting about it because my user name and password are correct. I'm allowed to log in to the SMCU website but not the app? How does that make any sense. Please fix.

Ever since the last update it tells me to register. So i did and it never lets log in. On the website you can but not on the app

The new app is a bother. I have had to reset my password several times and still cannot log in. Rather frustrating. Deleting the app.
