Worked on my old phone, won’t log in on the new one. I shouldn't have to re-enroll in mobile banking...

The app doesn't show any account activity. It definitely needs improvement.

It never let's me log in it says something like system down and closes on me

I love my credit union, and the app is good enough from a design and usability standpoint, but holy jeeze it so frequently goes out of service! What is going on there? I'm just trying to cash a check guys! I'd just walk over to an ATM but the sccfcu atms don't cash checks. Most days, my only option is to use the app. Unacceptable!

This would make things so convenient if it actually worked. This in my 3rd time downloading within a year in hopes it was finally fixed...apparently not.

Try to log in, it will not let me. This is frustrating!!!!! Need to fix this ASAP!!!!!

I came to the store for an emergency. My card got declined. But I did have the enough money. I tryed to log into my account. "Service Unavailabale" for the rest of the night till the next morning. wtf!

Tried clearing cache cookies, reinstalling 3 times, changing passcode... nothing works. Can't get any technical support

Times out without logging in. Connection not the issue, does it on Wi-Fi or Mobile Network 4G. Unusable.

Does not let me sign in. ..

Keeps rejecting password even when it is typed in correctly.

I really like the idea of mobile banking; however this app is a pain in my bum my pass code keep appearing invalid. although I know its the correct code.

FINALLYY!! Yay the County Federal mobile app Finally has check deposit ! No more driving across San Jose! I can use my phone to deposit checks!

I love that you have to log into it every time!! I lost my phone and my other bank doesn't require you to log in and it was a nightmare fixing what the person that found my phone did.

Aweful.. My credentials are constantly becoming invalid and i can't log in. I have to call bank during normal business hours to unlock my account which defeats the purpose of having mobile banking app. Also when mobile banking doesn't work it looks me out of my online banking as well. Useless. Only can view balance when working, not anything else

It does the job of checking my balance and transfering funds...but thats about it. It doesnt ways work and I have to end up calling the bank or logging in online. I've had to do the activation part several times which is VERY annoying. Wish it was more user friendly without the clitches.

I would give it a 5 if I should be able to deposit my checks thru my phone. That would be AWESOME!!!!

I still can't leave Chase all together because SCCFCU is 10 years behind online/mobile banking. A step in the right direction with this app, but still far far behind. App doesn't work half the time and I haven't been able to transfer money from my checking to my credit card since a few months after app originally launched. Is more of a mobile view then an actual app. Need to find a better app maker/developer.

Too bad we can't do check deposits.

Terrible app quality. Seems to be written by someones nephew at home. Slow and unresponsive. Better off linking your account to mint and using their app. :(
