Catholic Federal Mobile

Thanks catholic federal for having the worst mobile app ever. And not taking the time to satisfy people by fixing it. Highly suggest if anyone needs instant bank access don't even bother with CFCU. switch to another bank. I go to deposit checks all the time and it tells me system unavailable. Very irritated that nobody takes the time to resolve this issue. Shows how much they care about their customers. WORST APP EVER

This is the worst app I have ever used. My old bank had a great app. It worked everytime I needed it and it was allways current. The app would also tell you the name of the buisness you made the purchase from and the app would update instantly after making a purchase so I would allways know exactly how much money I had. This app will never let me login and when it finally does its never current and the charges are nameless so your allways guessing. I really wanted to love this credit union but this app may force me to leave.

I really enjoyed cashing checks from my phone while it worked... I haven't been able to login in months...I'm giving up on this app.

Only works when it wants to. Doesn't work when I need it the most.

I keep trying to open the app and it says that it's not compatible and I need to update, but when I go to the store there's no update available. I've been getting really irritated with this application especially since half the time when I go on it doesn't even show the amount of money I have in checking and savings.

Stuck at loading screen, never had a issue before this update

This app is garbage. The bill pay is bringing in old vendors that I haven't paid in years and are deleted from my current bill pay profile. None of my current payees are available. I tried to pay bills and the payments did not process properly. Costumer service told me to wait until May and they will have a new system. Don't waste your time.

Really sick of "system unavailable". Can't even check my balance for hours, and sometimes days at a time. Thinking of switching banks because mobile app is un reliable.

Love the update, Very easy to navigate. Only thing I would ask for in a future update is that the due dates and payment amounts would be shown for each loan when making payments using the transfer funds option. Otherwise Perfect! Kudos to the developer and Staff @ CFCU!

If you call they are so helpful! This app looks so good and it's super simple :) it's very convenient while shopping

I imagine this app would be majorly helpful.... if it would work. Can't get it to load. Have tried many times.

It would be much better if it allowed for bill payment.

Very easy to use!

The app doesn't remember my phone. I logged in three different times yesterday and once today. Each time i had to accept the terms of use, answer security questions, and enter my mobile number. It is easier to use my browser to log in through the normal site.

What am I using...dial up? Horribly slow!

Title says it all. More info and convenience using home banking through browser. It would have been great five years ago before modern mobile browsers.
