It locks me out a few times a week. For no reason. I've changed my password countless times. Once I've done that it then claims my challenge answers are wrong... I KNOW myself. My answers are correct. I'm so done with this. Debating just closing my account and not dealing with SLV anymore.

The app keeps blocking me and I have to reset my hole account ever time I get on. Would be a good app if it wasn't so glitchy

I've used this app on an iPhone with absolutely no problems. On an android however... the app doesn't remember that I want it to remember my device and it forces me to answer security questions every time I want to check an account. If this persistent annoyance was fixed, it would be a 5 star app for sure.
