I have a galaxy 4 and I load the app on through answering all of the questions then it doesn't let me log in. Fix this so that I can actually use the app!

The app doesn't feel fluid at all compared to something like the Amex app. An awesome feature would be if you would allow loan payments through the app. How did you guys miss putting that in???

When I click on each activity for the details it should say what was purchased.

Did update now all I get is a white screen on Droid Mini.

No point having the app if I can't use it.

Evey now and then it says connection failed for some reason.

Says my credentials are wrong but they are not wrong log in just fine on my pc please fix this it looks like it's been going on for awhile!

Have tried numerous times to login and it consistently tells me my challenge answers are incorrect, even though they are right! Incredibly frustrated with this product.

Closes immediately after login page loads. Come on vsecu fix this it's been months!!!

I have Samsung Galaxy S4. First off, for some odd reason, it doesn't work with business checking accounts. This makes it kind of pointless for me, as I still end up having to drive to the bank. Second, there are some annoying issues with the UI. Many of the buttons are in strange and inconsistent places (like "continue" at the very bottom of the screen) and hidden behind the typing keyboard, and there is no way to access them unless you know to hide the keyboard. Third, when enrolling, the app asks a TON of questions, (name, password, confirm password, phone number, 3 security questions, CAPTCHA, and more). On top of that you end up having to retype these answers, sometimes up to four times. If you make a mistake anywhere, you have to retype everything again. Then once you are done, you log in for the first time, and it asks you to type all that stuff in again. Finally, in case you had any reason left to keep this app, when you try to "deposit" a check, all of you're patience is rewarded with this error: "Could not verify check. Please try again." Repeat as many times as you like.

This app needs a major update, it is way behind the iOS version in terms of fluidness. I wish this app would allow you to pay your bills as well

I like this app, sometimes it glitches out visually but I still use it for depositing checks every day. Since updating to the newest KitKat on my Moto G it seems to have like a resolution glitch visually but even when the screen is glitching you can still press where the buttons are supposed to be. I think a lot of reviews must be from inexperienced people, this is a separate login account from the "online" banking. The menu to get into mobile deposit is in the upper left corner of the screen.

Worst experience possible. Timed me out when the screen was difficult to maneuver. Was not a positive experience. You must complete the process quickly and expect delays and frustration.

hard to log in and hard I get set up! I still can't use this app the right way! But it's a great idea! Also can't find the button to let you snap a picture of a check and deposits into you account like they advertise! maybe the person who made the app can call everyone who installs the application and tell them how the app works! If it was easier to use I would give them more stars.

Doesn't work with Nexus or Samsung android for mobile check deposit, which was what I most looked forward too.

Huge help when I was out of state. Very glad to have this service.

This was incredibly cumbersome to set up- kept freezing then making me re-enter passwords etc. But finally after about half an hour I was able to get logged in and access the app. But there is no clear way to actually make a deposit via photo. Isn't that the whole point of the app? Followup: I emailed VSECU customer service and got the following response: "The Samsung Galaxy S with Android 2.3 are not compatible with the mobile deposit option at this time. As upgrades become available this may be an option for you in the future. I apologize for any inconvenience this may be causing you. "

Try to sign up won't accept image. Not a vet good app. Called help desk. Got transferred to no help desk. Was told I need to come in.

been waiting for this bank I've been trapped in for years now to come out with a app. now they did had to register again but it worked!

The log in screen is very glitchy for me. The page likes to disappear and reappear whenever it feels like it as I enter my username and password. Other than that, it works fine once I am logged in.

Please make this work on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 7!

Do not waste your time. Does not work for check deposit.

The most confusing part is they're not asking for your *member* number but rather your account number...seems backwards but once I clarified that the process went pretty smoothly. The instructions from the VSECU website were helpful.

Just did first check deposit. Faster than driving to branch. Waiting to see how fast funds become available. Android 4.2.2 on Samsung Nexus.

Been a member for a loong real surprised you would put junk on for is ro use spend some money and fix this real disapointed wow......

I switched banks to VSECU because of this app. Deposited my first check and 2 minutes later the amount showed in my account. Very convenient and easy to use.
