FHB Mobile

This new upgrade is supposed to make it more secure, which I guess it is, but now it takes way too long to log in and check my balance when I am busy. it's faster to just call. I got this app for convenience and it's anything but.

Unfortunately when making a mobile deposit there is no way to know your rolling 30 day balance, unless you're a bank or if you call them! The limit needs to be increased or show the rolling balance for mobile deposits. I've informed customer service about this problem months ago but I guess they're on Hawaiian time!

worked well until a few days ago, the screen is just blank upon opening the app BEFORE the login screen. and this is one of my most important apps, as it is banking. so please fix ASAP. mahalo.

Been having trouble with app saving user info for quite some time. I have tried various things,no help.

App continues to lock me out of my account requiring me to call for assistance from a tech who resets the account. Lots of trouble when app locks me out since it also locks access to the account from my computer. One tech suggested using data instead of Wi-Fi to bypass issues. Kind of worked... But only for a while! I quit. 6 weeks of torture isn't worth using this useless app. C'mon FHB! My other banks' apps work flawlessly!

I got this app when it first came out and ended up deleting it, I didn't remember why. I downloaded it again and I can't even log on with my correct info. . . Uninstalled again, maybe in two years I'll try again

To many passwords required. Also mobile deposit doesn't work. When taking pictures of a check the camera goes from perfectly focused then takes a completely blurred picture. Only app that has this problem.

There was minor problems here and there, but now I cannot deposit because it says it's incompatible with my device. This app is really useful but I always have problems with it. Using Samsung S4 Active

this app can't even load after multiple reinstallation. the mobile web version is slow compared to my other two banks. fhb online is a bad joke

So many times it lags & says the system is busy, try later. ..I end up having to go to the actual website more than the app....improve the services please

I think people tend to forget that FHB's Saturday are a convenience day. Any transactions posted on Saturdays will count towards Monday's work and therefore be processed by Tuesday at midnight. The app itself it awesome, it's like a teller-to-go! :)

I have to pay for this service even though I have a free checking account???

I always use it to check my balance, transfer money, and deposit. But the mobile deposit back check camera is blurry, often making my account # slightly unreadable.

Im super upset with the recent update as of February 8, 2015. Nothing seems to work anymore on the mobile deposit site! NO bank near me - therefore I need to mail in a paper check now and it'll cause payments to bounce :-(

The samsung galaxy II download does NOT have the mobile banking option. I have been waiting for a couple of months for this to be fixed! What's up?

works perfect with general use like reviewing funds and transfer between accounts. Delay and screen time out after logging in and repetitive agreement on terms and conditions is annoying. Check deposit from phone still never works for me and not even the tellers know why. Fix these issues and I'll give it 5 stars.

All of a sudden I cant do mobile deposits when I could do them fine before. Im always getting "mobile deposit error". Uninstalled and then reinstalled... still the same error message. Seems like many other people are getting the same thing. Fix this annoying problem (because I hate going in branch on Fridays) and this app will be worth 5 stars for me :)

Its very useful and efficient. I don't have to go visit any FHB branch to do my banking. I can see all my accounts and transfer funds or even make payment anytime and anywhere. I love it! Its also secured because it ask a lot of security questions which I am the only who can go into my account. Very proud of Online banking with FHB

Seems to update completed transactions days after they've gone through, although this might just be FHB just being really slow. Many transactions aren't clearly marked making it extremely difficult to use this to keep track of where money was spent and verify when payments go through. This is basic stuff First Hawaiian. Step it up.

I have network connectivity and All my apps are working except FHB. So far, this app is not recommendable!

This application is always down.. ALWAYS HAVING LOG ON PROBLEMS: ( I uninstalled & installing again. Hope it works better after that.
