Too many levels of security. My USAA banking app only requires a 4 digit PIN and is plenty secure. We have the technology. I told the lady in charge of this app to please learn from other easier banking apps but she did not listen.

Either it's the bank or the app but 90% of the time I try to transfer money from checking to savings it doesn't work and has left me in a bind several times. Then there is no customer service person after regular business hours
