Won't accept activation code. Tells me its unknown, while the webapp (phone emulator) accepts it???? S7 Active

The app performs only the most basic functions of a mobile banking app. Other banks such as chase offer far greater mobile banking accessibilty. Sure, you can check your balance on all your accounts, and the information is relatively up to date, but the more complicated features such as mobile check depositing are fraught with ridiculous bugs that make you submit and resubmit at least 40 times just to get a company check deposited. The camera program within the application cannot properly adjust zoom levels enough to successfully make deposits. You can't transfer to outside accounts, and God forbid you run across a bug that you think might be helped by reinstalling the application.... last time I tried that it took a solid month of calls to their customer service line just to get my accounts unlocked to where I could even use an atm... I only give this app two stars because it does allow you to check your account balances, that's it. Don't expect the kind of user interface that chase or any online bank would offer. Be safe and just don't download this if you have to use whitney/hancock. The bare functionality of this app already convinced me to open a chase account and the more I use their app, the more I want to move all my funds there and completely cancel my whitney account.

I can manage my bank account. Its very simple to use.

I'm writing this from my new Nexus 5x to inform the developers that they need to update the firm's latest imaging APIs as the camera is messed up (upside down and skewed side to side). Please fix the issue as this is my only way to use Whitney Bank while living out of state. Please fix or I'll have to change banks.

Can't Deposit Checks: I am unable to deposit checks using this app, which makes it useless. The app says the image quality is bad, when the check is perfectly clear and showing all 4 corners as requested. During my 5 or so attempts to deposit said check, the app crashed once and had to be reopened. I am using Android Marshmallow. Others are complaining about this. Please fix this.

The app worked good for the first 3 months or so but after that it wouldn't loaf anything so I thought I should Uninstal it. Don't do that because you need to reactivate the account and the enrollment doesn't work so now I don't have access to my account.

The camera function to take pictures and deposit checks doesn't work since it doesn't have an autofocus. The picture of the check never comes out clear enough.

App froze on me and now all of the words on the app are messed up and I can't read anything on the app...pretty useless now.

Cannot get past activation code. Was able to use same activation code to enroll in text messages.

It's a very old style app. Can't even check ehat is the minimum payment of my credit card. Worst app.

Lose the activation code, make the app more user friendly.

It keep crashing I never got to Start the app and my phone is not that old , why even bother to make app if it doesn't work , learn from chase bank app ,or just copy their app

I have used several other banks' apps and Whitney's is definitely the worst. It constantly crashes and when you are able to get in, it is mostly useless. Their online banking site isn't any better.

Clunky interface. Check recognition software is absurdly inept. Horrible UI. It is actually easier to get in my vehicle, drive to a branch, fill out a deposit slip and see a teller. Typical.

This is a crappy app that never works. The few times a month i have to use it, it never opens. They really need to get the glitches together.

This app has become complete garbage. It is unusable on the Galaxy S5. Each time you try to deposit a check, it either can't locate the camera or locks the phone up COMPLETELY! Whatever recent updates were performed are the culprit. It previously was decent and you might as well not even have an app.

Its been awhile since last update was done for Android. Why hasn't anything been done yet?

App is decent at best. Really stinks that the check deposit function doesn't work at all. I had difficulties with it on iPhone but managed to get it to work. Have a 0% success rate on my Galaxy S6

The old app I could deposit checks fine. This one never "finds the image". I can't take the pictures anymore clearly, and I have the latest Android with a very good quality camera. This app is useless without that function.

I've had this app for a while now and it works just fine. Everything I need is right there with one click of a button.

The app constantly crashes or doesn't open at all. It really isn't worth having for all this trouble.

No matter what light option, focus, or frame is used, the app still refuses to accept the check image.

Iv had app for months with no issue on Android. Now it crashes every time. Iv uninstalled / reinstalled multiple times, still now luck. Iv contacted bank and told no reported problems. Well,,I'm REPORTING PROBLEM!!!!

It works for checking your balance and transaction history but that's about it every other feature crashes when you try to you use it

I had trouble depositing checks before but made due, now i cant deposit a thing...

App won't even run on Android 5.0 Lollipop, Nexus 5. It used to work well. Come on app programmers, are you going to let a 30 year customer leave? BR TELCO's app still works on Lollipop.

I'm so happy with this new update! Someone finally got it right! So happy I can finally see where I used my card at!!

Ever since last update more than half the time I can't get my login page to even come up
