Bankers Trust M+ Personal

Bankers Trust (or whoever they pay) has improved the app well enough to do the basics without being horribly broken. But if you want cool new features, forget it. Have an Android phone with a fingerprint scanner built in the last couple years? You can't use it, unlike your friends with iPhones. Same goes for Android Pay.

Get a runtime error every time I open it. Doesn't work on my galaxy nexus.

This app, while not having all the functionality I would prefer is pretty good for a smaller bank. However, I have not been able to log in since updating to Android 5.0. The fingerprint access, available on Apple version of the app, is not in the Android version, despite fingerprint readers being on Android phones for over 18 months. If they actually were quick to implement updates on Android like they do Apple, I would give it 5 stars.

If the phone offers a camera why can't it be used? I recently changed android phone and no longer have check deposit capability. There is no Bankers Trust in my state and unfortunately my only option for payment of wages is by check. Now I'll either have to establish a new bank account, or go through the continued headache of finding the branch check came from and ask them to cash it.

Have issues with check deposit and getting image to focus correctly. can always get good pic of front of check but have constant issues with back of check. App works great otherwise.

This app has not worked on my phone since the middle of December. Extremely frustrating.

It did work fine. After the last upgrade, I can no longer log in. Tested on two devices with Android 4.4.4; both failed. I was able to get it to work on an Android 4.4.2 device. Called customer support, who then contacted tech support, but no help. Last update didn't fix. Now running Android 5.

App wouldn't download, asks for way more permissions than I think necessary for a banking app. Why does it need access to my camera? Or my call info? No thanks Bankers Trust.

Called customer support, who then contacted tech support, but no help. I was told to clear my cookies, clear my cache and that if I provide the wrong password too many times it will lock me out. Explained again, that I having issues with the Android app. That those instructions are for a browser most likely. And that I have no issues with the password. But all I got was "sorry" that's all they can do. So, emailed. But email appears to be a black hole. No response. If deposting checks via my phone wasn't so useful I'd just remove the app, but I'm hoping someone is listening. Clearing the app cache or removing and re-installing do not fix the issue.

Transfer funds, pay bills, track activities, and my favorite part: Deposit checks using the camera on your smartphone.

For a long-awaited backing app, this is a great start. However, it's now very dated and only works sometimes on the newer versions of Android, especially regarding check deposit. I have also been getting graphical artifacts while using this app, making it difficult to see what I am doing. Shouldn't be happening on a Nexus device.

Balance and recent trans are available. So helpful. But at some point mine screwed up and colors were all jacked. Couldn't see amounts. Deleted and reinstall and will see what happens.

There are times where I've put in the correct information and it won't let me into my account. Its a stressor when you need to know certain information and can't get into account to pay bills.

I would like to say i very happy Bankers Trust finally has a mobile app. We are now able to pay bills, transfer funds between accounts,and make deposits by scanning the check with my devices camera. Great app out of the gate. Keep up great work. This replaces previous post by me had some technical issues that got fixed and now this works great. Issues were mine, not the fault of the app or the devs.

Wont let me sign on. Ive got my credentials and everything in order its just signing me on. Said it was unable to retrieve security questions even though I'd just answered them?
