Umpqua (Sterling) Mobile

For some reason when I take pictures of my checks, camera doesn't auto focus and an error message keeps popping up saying camera focus is not working, try again. Never had this issue with the app before. It even does this in perfect lighting

Doesn't save my user name and password correctly this time though.

World's greatest bank has the world's shittiest app. don't bother downloading. it does not work

My Samsung s4 updated and since then this app won't let me log in. I Uninstalled and reinstalled still won't let me log in. It works fine on my tablet. Can you fix it?

Like the sterling better! This appt you can not add a memo

A little slow but no gliches and I've used it fairly frequently since it became available.

Everything else from this bank this app is half assed!

Doesn't let me log on

Wa wa waaaa. Was working fine again, after having problems signing in for so long. Now it's back to telling me my username or password are invalid. What's up with this inconsistent app???

This app just keeps on loading. On both 4G and WiFi. It never stops its loading. @&%# this!

Updated version does the same as before. Just says loading... Have tried uninstalling & reinstalling several times... Restarting phone the whole deal... Nothing works... Sterling was so much better!!

I have installed this app repeatedly, hoping this time it will work, but it doesn't. It gets hung up on loading & will never even open. The mobile banking website doesn't work either. Doing business with Umpqua is impossible. I would love to change banks.

Will not let me sign in with the correct username and password. I know it's right because it works on the website.

They are delivering as well on their app as they do their mortgages. Downloaded early today, and all attempts to log in and check balance this morning have failed. Not too happy with Umpqua this far. Despite being told that they never sell mortgages by a rep, we got sent a letter about our mortgage getting sold off before our first payment was due. Big regret going with this bank.

The app isn't bad for me except it won't load any of my account activity. I need more than just balances. Very frustrating.

Unable to process your request is all I get now. I have used this app for quite some time now and suddenly I get this message. Hope you fix it soon! I may have to find another bank.

Haven't been able to log in for a week now. 8/20/15 This app is crap! Waste of a download.

App used to work well. The last 10 days only get the message "cannot process request" will there be a resolution?

Says no network connection or unable to process at this time. Sure would be nice to access my account & be even better if I knew what was in it. Fix It please

It's telling me that my log in information is incorrect. However, a few minutes ago I logged onto my account on my computer with the same information. Something isn't working with this app!

Newest update doesn't let me log in. Support says everything is in order but I still can't log in.

Your user has been locked out due to too many failed attempts. Please contact customer support. I contracted customer support to change password and still get the same error message.

Used to be quite useful when it was Sterling bank, never could get it to work with Umpqua, too bad, one can only spend so much time on the phone to no avail

Every time I use my phone to make a deposit, I have a message invalid ID or password. Then I have to call the bank to get my account unlocked. When we were with 1st Indy and later with Sterling this problem didn't exist.

It always say error or under maintenance. Get your sh*t together and fix the problems

Password hang-up. I don't remember my PW. I can't open my account.

I lowered my review to one star because it's been about a week ive been getting the same unable to process request message. Come on get it together! This app used to be so helpful!

Won't load, have tried installing, uninstalling, even called customer service, no resolve.

I was able to open it, but unable to login.

My only complaint about the app is that I can't make an external transfer. What's worse is if you try doing that on their website from your mobile device, it's just the application all over again. Umpqua, make external transfers a possibility from my phone!

This app use to work great. In the last few weeks I had to call customer service to get a new password. Locked me out even though I know I was putting in the correct password.

When I first started using the app everything was good and I loved it. However,the check deposit function has not been working for me lately, or it only works every once in a while. Very frustrating!

Today I launched this app on my Samsung Galaxy tab and it ran an update. After that I couldn't pay a bill. I can put in the payment info but the button to submit is grayed out. It sounds like other people are having the same problem.

I used to love it. But now it wont let me login to my account, i tried a dozen times. So i updated it. Still wont let me login. Says "Unable to process your request". Please fix.
