Just like the previous four users, I am experiencing all sorts of issue with Remote Check Processing on my LG Volt/Android 4.4.2. Surprised that no one is reading these reviews, from Sept'2014 onwards! Back to snail-mail to deposit checks!!

I had this App installed on my Droid Razer Max Android system and it worked perfect in check depositing during 11/2014. Prior phone was the Droid Razer it didn't work and was told it was incompatible. Now 12/2014 the App won't work to make a check deposit. Well after 2+ hours of "Web support specialists" they tell me my phone is incompatible again! Gee I have Galaxy s5 Android system again so it must be a rare phone, Not!! Sadly no relief on fix. Update 3-3-15 Same, No check depositing. Sad!

When trying to do remote check deposit (which was main reason for downloading this app), process was epic fail. Screen won't rotate and dialog boxes too big to fit on phone screen, not on my husband's Galaxy S5 nor my Galaxy Note phablet. HOWEVER, it works flawlessly on my ASUS tablet, just irked because although they may have designed this app for phones, it doesn't seem like they tested it. Either change "Designed for Phones" to "Designed for Tablets" or fix it!!

The app does allow access to your ford savings, but will only work after entering lower case letters when entering your name for verification purposes. After that all is good.

This is an excellent app if you have a Ford Interest Advantage account. Many of the users experiencing log in errors are most likely trying to access their Ford Credit vehicle account. This is not for your Ford Credit vehicle account and will therefore give you an invalid password message.

There is nothing fancy about app. It doesn't allow enough mobile functionality. The desktop site still requires snail mail and printed doc even after establishing an account. Come on developers look at Fidelity.
