Never consistently works. Always get some type of error message, doesn't accept my password and user ID

I used to use this app multiple times a day, then all of a sudden it locked me out completely, to the point where it wouldn't even recognize me when I tried to authenticate myself (through correct ss number, pin number, etc.). I spent way too much time trying to correct this issue with branch managers from the bank and the "customer service" number- mind you, the "customer service" is for the WEBSITE option and not the mobile only option! So they have NO customer service at all! This app is a joke.

Worked great for about a month. Then started giving errors stating invalid password please verify on PC. PC verified password no problem but still won't let me login on app. Multiple calls to help desk to assist. I give up.

Used to work, it's been broken for about a year now and I've tried calling and support has not helped. I really wish this worked just to check balance if nothing else
