Very user friendly

This app does not let you transfer money between accounts, this is frustrating because the main reason I use online banking is to pay off my Avidia credit card

I've been a customer of Avidia for 20 years, and my wife even longer, and I have to say this app is total garbage, so much so I'm thinking of leaving the bank and going elsewhere. The app REGULARLY "Declines" check deposits, for no good reason. Just the other day I was depositing two checks from the SAME source, at the same time, and the smaller one went through fine, and the larger one was declined. And of course, you don't find this out for several days, so if you were counting on that money being in your account then good luck to you. Avidia has now also removed the ability to deposit checks from your PC, so short of driving to an Avidia ATM or bank branch this is your only method of depositing checks. I honestly couldn't be more disappointed in Avidia - this is supposed to be a method to make banking more convenient for their customers, and reduce their own bank teller costs, and instead they've given us an app that can't be trusted. I'd give it zero stars if I could.

Stopped working one day, after waiting 3 days to see if it would work deleted and reinstalled now it says my ID and password are wrong, but I can log in fine on a desk top. Apps no good

I'm so tired of trying to use your app just to have them tell me it is temporarily unavailable. You need to fix this.

Trying to deposit a check with this app is an exercise in extreme frustration. It often takes more than ten tries to take each picture. The back is especially hard -- the app can't seem to focus the camera at all. It almost takes me as long to deposit a check via the app as it would to go to the bank. Just let me use my own camera app! Update: as an added bonus, now sometimes trying to deposit a check reboots my entire phone.

And the new mobile website design stinks. Can't find a place to log-in via web or a link to their full site.

I hate how I can't transfer money from one account to another. I usually do this a lot. Ever since I got a new phone I had to download this avidia bank app. I liked the old app that I used on my other phone.

This app is constantly making me answer security questions and then kicks me out anyways.. Also asks question that don't have anything to do with me.

I love the greater range of features in this app. However, on my Samsung Galaxy S4 Active, it freezes up almost every time I take a picture of a check. I end up having to try ten times... per side. Sometimes it just won't work at all.

It's really convenient and helps me track my accounts.

Programers put it on google play without testing it. Not a best practice.

I've had some success with the check deposit function but lately I can't get it to work and it's so frustrating and time wasting that I'm giving up on it. When you go to take pics of the check the app freezes or the page displays in a stretched format and doesn't fit the device so you can't advance. I've tried clearing all data from the app, force closing, etc and that's a pain and hasn't really helped. It appears my device a Samsung S4 may not be on the supported devices list which would be crazy given how popular s3's and 4s are. One star for not living up to the promise that would make this a great app.
