Bankmw Mobile for Android
Can't sign in, just says loading. On top of that, the activation experience to get to the app was horrific and has some serious security issues! I like the bank, but the online experience is truly horrible. I never visit a branch, but use online banking all the time. I have already transferred my business accounts away to an online only bank, and looks like our personal accounts will be next. There are just too many other banks that are doing online so much better.
Always tells me my credentials are invalid even though I am able to sign into the website with the same credentials. I uninstalled, deactivated and reactivated my phone for mobile banking, and still have the same problem.
It works good. The only issue i have is the auto focus when trying to take a picture of the back of a check for deposit. The front works fine. Odd

Still can't login after recent update. Online/mobile experience stinks. Only reason we stay is we keep thinking we need a local bank, but we never use it.
I've gone to my local branch and had them call tech support and it still says invalid name or password. Yet I get on the website and type the same name and password in and it works great. MOST USELESS APP EVER!
I am highly irritated by the fact we can no longer see pending deposits... I would give this app a higher rate but I can not get over the fact that this privilege was taken away... I almost want to switch banks but I'm holding on to a small glimmer of hope that pending deposits will be added back...
I tried depositing checks using this app, but I can't focus the camera, so the picture comes out blurry every time.
Can't see what's pending anymore. .. do not like the new changes. ..
I like having this app on my phone but I don't like the fact that I can't see my pending paychecks. And I get to use the check deposit once and then it doesn't work after that.
I don't know how to log in. I tried everything I could think of. Do I have to go to the bank to get it set up? I'm glad I'm switching banks.
Lets you on 11 time then no more. Try to log in and it say invalid user or cant identify security

I can't even get the app to download. I have been trying since they switched. Very frustrating. Also can't get anyone to answer my phone calls. Guess it time to switch banks.
Ever since their so called upgrade, this bank and its app sucks.
I have been trying to enroll, but I can't get the keyboard to come up when I click the phone number box. I can't finish enrollment without it.

The app itself is good but where does it come up with these security questions. Feels like I'm giving out super personal information. I understand wanting to make sure I'm me. But what happened to me picking the questions and answers. This app randomly generates questions that makes me seriously wonder where they got the info from. Like I remember my address from 3 houses ago how does this app?
says it can't find endorsement from picture, wtf! horrible app. this supposed covenience is a freaking headache. please do not download just switch banks if you want things to go smoothly.
I haven't been able to log in or reach anyone at the bank since the 14th when I started trying!!! I've sent emails and called at least 30 times!!! I live on the east coast and nowhere near the bank any more. I guess I'll have to close my account???
It's okay I don't like that I cannot see if my paycheck is pending the night before like I use to on the old one.
I love all of the new upgrades if they have added! This makes bill pay so much easier! One day I will use the mobile deposit feature and let you know how I like that.

At least I could log on in the old app. This whole updated system is terrible. I know my user name and password are right but please tell me why it won't access the security answers? Probably work out the bugs before doing a huge overhaul/launch.
I can not log in I have called them 3 times today and I still can't get in my account. I answer like 5 security questions just to be told that either they can't find them or that my password is wrong even though it is not. Don't fix what isn't broken. Cause now it is broken.
This new update sucks. The mobile is telling me my username and password is incorrect, but i just logged in in the website. The website doesn't even show you pending deposits on Thursdays anymore. I've called the 800 customer service number, I've never been on hold for 30 minutes before, and the prompts suck, why do i need to speak with customer service to get my account balance? I might switch companies. The branch locations don't answer calls anymore also.
Can not log in. Mobil or Computer. Tired of waiting for customer service to answer and or call me back. Seriously about to switch banks. I'm fed up with not being able to check my balance. Fix this now.
YOU have to have password reset
Haven't been able to access my account on mobile or online since the 14th. I was not notified of any changes. Come on... send me an e mail or something. Tried calling customer service gave up after being on hold for 45 minutes.. Get it together!
