The app seems easy to use, but my primary reason for downloading, was to deposit checks, without having to drive to the bank. The app doesn't let you select the account you want to deposit the money into. It's useless for me, except to check balances and see if checks cleared.

Does not work! After I put in my log on information it gets stuck "loading." This app used to work, but it was always clunkier than other banking apps I've used in the past.

People pay is not easy to use especially if you are trying to send to another bank. Also it does not display after the Android 7.0 update.

Used to like this app, but whatever change they made has broken it. You can no longer log on. Very annoying!

I can not find my account number what the hill all other bank app i can find my account number very easy exept this app

Can't chose what account the money goes into. I don't want to deposit into my savings when there's a limit in how many transfers a year I can make. Back to rushing to the bank to make deposits since the ATM at the branch no longer allows deposits.

You can't even sign in after the last update. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible.

Never had issues with app before, since new update came through have been only able to log in 10% of the time. Garbage

This app used be awesome but now anytime I take a picture of the back of the check it comes out blurry. It seems that I'm not the only one according to some other reviews. Please fix this!

When I try to deposit checks it focuses on the front picture but the back picture is always blurry. this needs to be fixed.

This app only works for ProvidentNJ personal account and currently is not designed for business account.

Fixed now...unistall the old, reboot phone, install the new version...it works for me...

Uninstall the app. Restart your phone. Reinstall the app. It should work ok now
