ASB Mobile

So far I haven't been able to sign in almost at all for two months (Android). According to customer service, if I get security questions, there should be four of them, I only get three on my screen, so I can never get pass them. Customer service for mobile use has no idea. Mobile depositing is not available for business accounts,only for personal.

Locked me out of both my accounts using the proper login/password! Also very disappointed that mobile deposit isn't available for business.

Does everything I need. Transfers, check deposits and all other transactions right on my phone. Have never had an issue.

Electronic deposit. Reads front of check OK. Fails to find endorsement on back of check 50% of time. Occasionally a re submission of the check passes. Additional problem - when photo fails, the entire deposit must be cancelled in order to try again, rather than allowing a re scan of the check. Here are some of the restrictions on this app as it related to Mobile check deposit:- 5 checks per day, 15 checks within 20 days, $2000.00 per check, $3000.00 per daily deposit, $5000.00 within 20 days.

Is there anyway to print your statement on this app i know you can on the online site but what about the app?

I cannot get to a login screen. This app is useless. Now I am going to have a couple of late bills, because it does not work. The link to the full site does not work and there is no way to contact a tech person. When I get back in the country I plan to complain to my contact at the bank.

Still can't eve sign in. Not sure if its because the sign in I have is 2FA and this app doesn't support it. Either way, its useless.

Love the app does everything I need it to. Now all we need is for Asheville savings to become compatible with Samsung pay and all will be gravy.

i downloaded this app and it want set up i add my users name and password put my real name in it first and last name but when it gets to the part to enter the birth date it fails and gives a error message it keeps saying enter the correct format i am entering the dam right format i tried 3 formats it rejected all 3 of them as my birth date 12171942 12/17/1942 12-17-1942 none will work the app is crap as of 10-27-15 i still can not enter a date format for birthdate on it

Doesn't work half the time

The deposit function doesn't work. The pics of the check don't show up, but it let's me fill everything else out but won't do anything because the check pics never show up. Also a pin number instead of a password would be great.

I know that many banks have an application with which you can make deposits by phone simply by taking a photo of the check and uploading it to their mobile bank app. I wish Asheville Savings Bank would do the same. It would make things a lot more convenient.

Can't sign in because I don't know name of nearest street on list, don't remember a street # & for whatever other reason. I guess I should be happy cause I can't even answer some of these questions from long ago, so no one else can. Tried twice.

I downloaded this app and was able to sign in promptly. No complaints, works well with my Android phone.

...please please please add a sign on with PIN. It's way too tedious to sign in each time with user name and password. Thanks! Edited: The app doesn't work on tablets. (And I still continue to wish for a 4-digit PIN sign on.)

Will not let me log into my ASB business account

Needs to update as fast as website, for accurate acct info.

This app is great! No problems.

Excellent bank account app.

Very buggy, can't even log in all the way. Once I get to accept the terms of use and try and enter my mobile number the app freezes, I end up having to kill it every time. Try again ASB. Also, why must you even require a phone number? Haven't you heard of an android tablet?

The program almost never works and crashes. It's a disappointment. The iPhone version works well but not for Android.

For now, I will continue to access my ASB account via Internet. This app needs tweaking. Maybe after a few updates, I will give it another try.

Works great don't have any complaints. Would be even better if you could include some way to deposit checks from the app.

After several attempts to get this ap to let me into my account it has now locked me out! Not worth it! If I could rate a negative it would be negative 5 after all I have to do just to have on line access again! Not a happy customer!

I love the new look easy to navigate and read! Also I'm excited I don't have to type my username in everytine

It would be nice to have the option to NOT have to log in every time and instead just use a PIN.

Running Android 4.0.4 on DroidX - app starts loading and then closes without any error message.

Seems to work good. Do not like the login every time but it's not that big of a deal.

Unable to sign into my account. Just another reason to consider leaving and going with another bank

I've been wishing we had a dedicated app, thank you. So far so good on my Galaxy Nexus, everything is working great. I would love the ability to access multiple accounts. I have my personal and business checking with ASB and would love to more easily switch back and forth. Keep up the great work!

Tried several times on Android Razor. Keep getting error "host issue"
