Cannot access my account. When trying to call customer svs they say they cant hear you and hang up! There us no way to reset a password or get you user id without teying to call them but when you do call they cant hear you and hang up! Ugh so aggravating!

Bancorp is a nice app to send my payroll in and it costs nothing to use! Exceptional and clear. Easy tracking.

I can't even sign up to the app crazy i just download it and trying to make a user name and password but it keep saying wrong user name or password

I was able to open and login yesterday, but now it won't even load up. All I see is a black screen, a triangle with the letter "a" in it along with "Powered by Titanium"... 10 minutes and still nothing.

Cannot even login. Please fix this.

Doesn't work with old perkstreet accounts that have been transferred to Bancorp.

The app as is works just fine. Had no problems logging in, account activity and balance were up to date. Those are the basics, though. Would like to see the ability to send money and/or set up bill pay on this app.

After entering log in info I use from website I'm told the info is invalid, no matter how many times I've tried.

Shows an error saying invalid financial institution.

Can deposite my personal checks my grandmom gives me and work checks too!!!! Right from my phone with a simple rush card! Perfect app! Download!
