Invalid credentials... I changed my password. N still no way to get into my accounts.... Not happy. Please fix. I use this on a daily basis. . if not fixed, i will seriously take my money and do business elsewhere

It won't let me log in and I can't change my password I wish I could give this app negative raring but that's not a thing

This app is extremely helpful. It can be frustrating at times though. It doesn't update at all over the weekend, and it's temporarily down at least once a month. On that note, the SECU employees that answer my phone calls when I need help with anything are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!

Not happy

I hated it. It won't let me make an account because it says all my things are wrong when I'm typing in the correct information!

The app is great once you get it working, but users be aware that you must register with the app itself as the credentials that you use for online banking won't work.

revamped on line look.....same lousy mobile app unfortunate did not ask employees customers marketing companys about the mobile app that no one can use?

I can log in but kicks me out within seconds. After entering all the questions I have a couple of seconds to check my balance.... half of the time

I haven't been able to create an account it doesn't let me past the last step where you have to duplicate the numbers and letters. I've tried several times. Really sucks

It always says my ID or password is wrong. But when I go on the website and use the SAME ID AND PASSWORD I can access my accounts. Alot of bugs.

I could never log in.... what's the purpose of this application if you can't even use it. I even called my local secu and asked them if I was doing something wrong.

I use this app everyday. It's helpful and does what I need it to do.

I had another account where you could deposit checks in to your account with out having to go to the bank. It would be amazing if we could get that on this app. I dont always have a way to the bank to deposit.

Sign in is awful! Your update has now made it so that I can only see one of my accounts! Please fix!

I miss the old version where you signed in once not 4 times! Very frustrating. I'm considering uninstalling it and just bookmarking the site.

Can't login after latest update. Previous version only showed savings acct. Garbage

Should be cleaner. Doesn't offer many features so why not spend time on a quality product?

New update makes it crash at log in screen

After creating a separate mobile log-in profile this works great. A counter for the number of debits and credits would be the topping on this dessert.
