The ability to deposit checks was reason I got this app, but there is no autofocus when used with Moto-X. Doubt I will use this app any more.

For people unable to log in, the trick is to type a bad password or username first and let it throw a login error. Then you can log in normally. You have to do this each time you use the app. I've been complaining to Salem Five about this for months, but they haven't fix it.

Easy to use, remote deposit works great, people pay is a nice touch as well! Never had a problem with the app.

Unable to login. Total garbage. Update - 2 years later: still garbage. Get your act together.

Need to add fingerprint log in for Android devices like note7 besides that its an great app and bank

Check deposit desperately needs a manual focus option. The autofocus is awful, makes it a real pain to use. Just use tap to focus like the normal camera app!

Very slow, crashes often, doing a check deposit takes longer than driving to the bank. Why would I trust my banking to such an amateur level app? Update: Dropping to one star. This app really sucks. It literally takes 20 minutes to get a check deposited if it works at all. Did the developers of this app even try it? First off: Why does the photo taking of the check not allow you to click to focus? In low light it is impossible to take a picture of the back of the check since there is not enough contrast. Second the photo taking almost never works and even when it does it takes literally minutes to accept your check on the photo. Something is seriously wrong here. Please fix this app! In the meantime I guess I'll order more deposit envelopes...

I love it!!! Wish there was a way to see and download bank statements from the app but still awesome

When i sign in it keeps repeating security questions and wont let me through to my accounts . Very unsatisfied because this always happens. Leaving this company

Samsung Galaxy S5, Android 4.4.4, after entering login info it just says loading but never does. Unistall/reinstalled, dumped data, cleaned cache, still no go. Please fix or I will switch banks.

This app used to work fine until the last update.when I attempt to log in it won't recognize my user name or password or prompts me with security questions which again it will not recognize.. tried to Uninstall reinstall clear cache no go Spent an hour with tech support with no resolution. Bad news!

I must've taken a picture of a check a half a dozen times before finally breaking out the tripod to get the camera to focus properly. Not very convenient! I have the HTC One M8, and it takes great hand held pictures. Add focusing capability, and you've got 5 stars.

FIXED: You have to log into your bank account from a computer and de-register/re-register your phone then uninstall/reinstall the app in order to get the app to work.

Salem Five fixed the graphic problems with their app on HTC one m8 and android v4.4.x. decent enough app.

...but fixed with the extraordinary help of their support team. I can now log in by letting LastPass autofill both fields, then removing and retyping the last character of the user ID. Great app!!

When using WiFi, check deposi is fine, but does not work when using the phone network. Although the pictures are perfectly clear, they are rejected.

Asking security questions. Wont accept my answers, telling me my birthday is wrong.

Thinking of getting new bank because they have limited ATMs and cannot do check deposit over app.

Stopped working, no reason. Forced me to reinstall, but won't. Asks security questions I don't recall. Forced me to clear my browser's cache and cookies losing important information. Still refuses to work.

Would give 5 stars, but doesn't have check deposit capability.

The permissions ask for access to the SD card and camera, but there is no function to use them for deposit transactions. :-(.

The app wont open sometimes so annoying and time consuming

This app is better than using the website except for a little bug which there's a go around fix: Never set "Destroy activities after the user leaves it" while using this app. Enjoy!

The new updated app does not work on the Samsung Galaxy 3 !!!!! NOW I CANNOT DO MY ON LINE BANKING!!! I HOPE THIS GETS FIX SOON OR I WILL CHANGE BANKS! ! Never had a problem with the old one.
