Still doesn't work with Android 8.xx

Horribly designed, almost never loads

This app used to work fine with my previous phone, but when I upgraded to the Pixel, the app does not work more than a couple days with the OS before it stops working. I end up uninstalling and reinstalling repeatedly. Extremely frustrating as I use this app daily to manage my finances on the road.

Have to keep redownloading or else it'll keep saying it can't open. Sometimes I don't see this problem for weeks and then it's every day

App very inconvenient, almost never let's me log in successfully.

IC and the App are terrible. I only keep an account here to pay my mortgage, the App does not allow additional principal payments so I still need to call in normal business hours for 1/2 my banking here. Customer service is also below par IMO. Moved all but one account to TD Bank perfect App and open 7 days a week with branches everywhere. Think twice about banking with IC there are far better and more convenient banks out there.

Hate it, hate the bank, immediately switching to dcu, better everything there. Been with ic for over 20 years, never helped me in anything. I still wondering why I've been with them for so long.

Don't know what I would do without this app. I can balance, deposit and transfer right from my home. I use it when travelling too.

The apps not bad but need to be more informative of your money and pending info so from 4-5 stars

Pin does not always work nor does a regular log in. It just won't login sometimes. It just stay on the screen. So it does work most of the time but it can be frustrating that it does this sometimes. IC Credit bank please fix this issue.

8 out 10 times I try to use this app its down for repairs. When it works its fine.

The app does exactly what I needed it for. Don't need bill pay or anything like that. Clean and simple. Once you get through the setup and install, you are golden.

Cant log in at all won't allow me to enter user name only password really terrible

I am unable to log in ,this is driving me nuts,keeps kicking me out ,saying it can't get to my security questions !!!use to work fine until I got a new phone but it's the same exact phone ,went to bank even they can't figure it out !!!Not Happy

Everything I need

I can see what I have in my account at the current time. But no local branches, no bill pay and more importantly I can not see account activity so I can monitor what is happening with my account. I have to go to desktop to access account. There is nothing beyond seeing what current balance is. Can not use any other feature.

I cant think of a time in the past month where this app worked properly. I can see my balance but only half the time and i am almost never able to see my account history. It would be better if the website had a mobile friendly version.

This app has been nothing but a headache for me before and after the update.
