MyBankCNB Mobile

Tried this on both a Nexus 6 and a Pixel... goes to log in and then goes to "Loading" and just sits there and never goes any farther. Am uninstalling it right now. Hopefully the app makers, not CNB&T btw,... will get their act together.

I've had the app 3 times. It's crashed every time. I'm trying it again for the 4th time But I don't remember my log in info. So we'll see how this goes for the 4th time.

Doesnt load where you need it...

I just set it up and first log on- you know it- no getting in it, no matter what. I uninstalled it!

Why make an app if I have to log in on a computer every time? Maybe CNB should let the janitor give the programming a try. Bet the app wouldn't work any worse than it already does.

Wish I could get my credit card and loan on here. It's a great app, though.

Did they even test this before they offered it as a service? It won't even load onto my android.

I have to renew my password everyday through the actual website in order to log in.

Samsung Galaxy 4 I've only had a problem once, went to the bank and they were glad to fix the problem

Worked at first but now won't pull up login screen

This app would get 5* if you could change your password when it expires from the app. Instead it just tells you that it is wrong. Fix that and it's 5*!

Security questions are a pain in the butt. It keeps asking for address information from many years ago. Should allow you to create your own questions

When it finally gets to the log in screen it closes. Not pop up saying it crashed or anything. Just gone. **UPDATE** 7/27/14 Tried the app again and it still forces close with no pop up or anything. Sure would be nice to check my balance from my phone but the app is worse than worthless and apparently you can't get the website on mobile. Why can't this be fixed???

I've been waiting for this app to be made. Makes looking at finances while deployed so much easier

I loved the app when I got it. Now, 3days later, it won't run. I don't get a report the problem option when this happens. However, I randomly get a popup about it not working AND an option to report when I'm doing other things on my phone!

Very convenient and easy to navigate.

Perfect app. Easy to use, great for days when i dont have time to call in to check my balance
