When I try to use the app it says its the wrong version but there is not a new version available. This is so confusing to my poor mother who doesnt fully understand how these things work and keeps calling me to help her. So frustrated!!

Keeps saying my login information is incorrect, when after multiple times of entering the same information it logs me in.
