This app gives me access to my account anywhere. It also safeguards your account against theft as you paid. I check on my account on each purchase to be sure it's correct.

This app is sooooo out of date! U can't do anything to ur account from the app. It's horrible, honestly! U can't even cancel ur card if u lost it. WTF!!!

Love the app and how easy it is to use.

I wish this app came with text alerts other than that it serves it's purpose

It never works. I love banking with them but I wish they would fix this app!

I had WAY to much trouble logging in. So much so that it was faster to simply do online banking via the browser.

You have to click the app, type your password, and then completely close the app 4 times before it will even let you go any further than the sign in page. It's the most annoying thing, why have an app if it barely ever work?

This app has a lot of bugs. I've been with Red River Bank for years. A bank handling over a billion dollars you would think they would make a decent app. Recently bought a new galaxy note 4 and I've verified my new phone with its credentials. I've installed the app twice and it still will not reconize the credentials. The app also freezes and crashes every time I try to log on. I have excellent 4G LTE service and all other apps on my phone work perfectly so I know for sure my signal is not the problem.

I have used this app for over 3 years and it is very handy and just easier than calling the bank all the time.

Deposited a check at 2am. Received a confirmation email a few minutes later. So i tore up the check. At 8:23am, they sent me another email declining the check. My customer had to write me another check and the money was available, it was not NSF. Uninstalled the app!

For two days now I have not been able to log into my bank account because it says it cannot accept thst rewuest right now and that is unacceptable. I need to see my transaction so this problem needs to be addressed.

Love the bank personal. Wish every business I deal with had such nice friendly workers. Can't complain about app. Maybe a deposit feature.

When I pay a bill on the app, Still get an email, a few days later, stating I have a bill due.

Cannot use accounts listed as business account. Half the accounts we use are small business accounts that cannot be managed by phone. They keep saying it's coming, but over a year now and still nothing.

Makes access to my personal as well as business account a snap!

Very buggy. Needs update immediately. Communication error 500s constantly and signs out too fast. We need quick access to accounts, thanks.

Red River Bank has consistently been behind the times in it's online offerings. This app is no exception. Unlike better banking systems, this app frequently does not function as expected and must be activated through the web system despite using the same username and password. This is just another thing from a banking system that can't get it right.

Keeps saying communication error works sometimes but SUCKS sometimes!!!!! Needs to be fixed......

Like another user said it depends. It will give you communication error, better than having to log on through internet on my phone
