If you make a deposit on Saturday, you wont have access to that money until second business day (Tuesday). Might as well wait and make deposit in person on monday to have access to some of the funds on monday.

Resetting my password has always been an issue

Ever since the last update, when I try to login it says a system error has occurred. Please fix!

Often takes an extremely long time to load and sometimes crashes. Doesn't work late at night. Horrible activation process

When this app worked, I found it to work very well and I liked it. Over the last 4 months, I've been unable to login using the app and it's basically worthless to have on my note 4 anymore. App needs more support options and a report a bug feature so things can actually get resolved.

I've raised my stars because the last few times the check deposit has worked pretty well. That has been my only issue with it. If it keeps working well I'll raise it to five.

This application typically does not even let me log in. Even when I do manage to log in the experience is mediocre at best. This application is barely functional and you are better off using your browser on your phone. It's actually quite embarrassing and should be removed rather then distribute non working software.

I used to be able to use the check deposit but now it has disappeared and I have to go to the bank to do this it's frustrating.

I use this all the time & the Text messaging feature is also great!!

The app isn't bad at all, has its glitches like anything else.I use it on Android and works 9/10 times for me. I'm more concerned with how over priced the bank has become, accidentally released all of my personal info to a man, and wrote it off as oops too bad we'll just close the account and open a new one.

Host service is always unavailable, or data network is always busy. Don't waste your bandwidth.

You can check balance, tranfer and bill pay. But, doesn't have find nearest free ATM! Otherwise, it hit and miss...... Going from one to another for free ATM transactions. BANKS CHARGES YOU & ATM HAVE FEES $ 2- $5

I tried this since the standalone deposit app was terrible. When taking a picture of the back of a check, it never focuses since there is nothing in the middle of the back.

The app is good for keeping track of your account. The only issue I have is does not let me transfer funds from one account to the other.

It does what I need when it decides to work. It takes at least 5 tries, if not more to log on. Always says "host server down" when on 4G and WiFi.. it's annoying

Need to transfer to different bank/Great on the go app

I had to update the app & now I cannot sign in. It comes up & the app closes out! Please fix!

I've tried so many times but it just says invalid user ID and password. I've logged in on my pc with the same credentials and it works fine.

As a recently android consumer, I was disappointed with the old version compared to the one apple has. This new version has nothing to envy to apple.

Not sure why people are complaining about it being poorly put together. It is functional and does what it's supposed to.

The camera on my phone is very good, but the app doesn't give you the option to focus the photo before taking it of the check. PLEASE FIX THIS. It takes me 20 tries in very good lighting to get a clear photo. This is ridiculous.

I have been able to deposit a single check, the the camera either won't focus or the app freezes when I get a clear picture. Please fix this

The app is functional (when it loads) but visually its poor. Looks like a guy in his basement put it together...

Old version worked fine new version made me get a new online banking code then just keeps asking me to log in over and over Please fix this!

I only have one problem. This app won't allow me to choose a decimal point when paying bills. The iphone app did. Now I have a galaxy s4. Not sure if I'm chosing the correct amount. $55.95 shows up as $5595. Help.

Wish it looked more like the iphone app. Shows actual depost color (green) and withdrawl or pending payment color (red). And wish we could deposit checks on here.

This app works alright for mobile banking, but looks like garbage. Low-res assets, especially the app icon, make this an app I would give up in a heartbeat.

I've been doing most of my banking by phone and haven't had any mishaps with any of the programs. I Love It... Thank You, K.A.D.

Can't log in. Keeps returning to the sign in page

This ap was great, then they updated it and now i can't even log in and view my accounts. Please fix this. There was no need for an update it was perfect before :(
