App works 1/2 the time and rest of the time it crashes. So happy today I will close all my 1st N. B. accounts! Bank has become full of fees, money hungry, snobby racist customer service and it's 2015, & you still can't deposit at their ATM...Please, I've put up with their nonsense since '95! Enough crap already!

I got this for my Android tablet, a Samsung Galaxy Tab. It works very well and saves me a lot of time checking on transactions. Anybody who got this here for an I-phone or I-pad should not have done so because it will not work on I-systems. Happy with this app. Thanks, 1st National!

I use to love this app but now with the upgrade it doesn't work at all. Even with one hour of assistance from Scotia Bank the thing is still a mess. Most annoying and frustrating. I am really to shoot someone who messed with the other app.

When I had this app on my iphone it worked great. Now getting this app through a different app store on a different phone. I cant even access my account even though I took all the steps to set up mobile banking again

They want you to change your password every 6 months witch is understandable... but they don't send any emails to let you know or remind you . they don't even tell you that when you sign up. If you don't change it after the 6 month your password won't work and you'll be locked out unless u go to the website to reset it. When I tried to reset mine I couldn't because my number wasn't even in the banks system even tho if updated my number with them twice.
