This app is most frustrating ,annoying and worst banking app you'd ever have on your phone. You can imagine getting an error message from a failed transaction and asking you to retry and whereas, the previous one already succeed without you knowing or getting a notification. The annoying part of it is haven gotten one successful transaction after 12-13( not exaggerating) failed attempts. More work should be done on this app seriously.

Very frustrating app. Very unreliable. The OTP is nonsence. Sterling must not use OTP, if u aren't equipped enough. Pls don't ask me what error I get, just go n use d app n see for yourself. I read through the reviews, n all were negative reviews. Do u still need someone to tell you the app isn't working?I have to transfer money to keep in my first bank account in case of emergency need, because sterling is not meeting my demands at all. I give your app 0%.

I opted for this App because of my experience on the Internet Banking platform but I'm utterly disappointed. The Internet Banking platform is so superb and works wonderfully, so I thought the Mobile App would be a bomb but I'm disappointed. First time my one-customer bank is disappointing me. Please developers carry out survey on other Bank Apps and review this application.

Imagine a bank app that doesn't have provision for writing out transfer narrative. Jeez. The only use of this app to me is just to check my bank balance. I can't even use it to transfer money to someone for business purposes because there's no transfer narrative. Do something sterling

This app is so frustrating. It doesn't work. I feel they should study how First Bank works. When you fill the account number it tells you exactly who has the account. I am disappointed because I haven't succeeded in using it.

Love this app but each time I try checking my balance it will ask for pin and after providing it, it will bring a failure page instead of my account balance. Any tips on how to get my balance pls?

Every bank approval I know works better than this, pls developers help sort the issue of battling with app before a successful transfer. It's pretty annoying. Thanks

The network is so bad.....anytime i try to transfer or even check my balance, its always saying connection timed out. Its frustrating......Please sterling, try to work something out in other to make this app the best.

Please upgrade this app on the otp issue coz if I want to transfer it's a stress for me removing my simcard from my small phone to my smart phone if you will use let us input it manually please... That what do hinder me from using it to transfer so work on that prof femi Aribisala

I thought an update is an improvement upon the old but in this case I don't see any difference, time consuming, data consuming and frustrating. Pls make this app simpler and fast too

The most useless app I have ever seen, the opt is rubbish, it is always loading, use at your own peril. I have never used this app for once, when waiting for otp it takes forever and the page doesn't open to write down the otp, it keeps giving me error, gone to the bank more than twice yet they have not fixed it, keep hating the bank every day.

You can't even check ur account balance. U can't even see ur account name it just opens and nothing more. U need to update the app. Imitate other banking system like diamond bank. Please check their app. This ur app has no security at all. It is as if u are sending ur details to someone else

Very effective and accurate.

This app needs a full time overhaul, in this modern age of cashless system. You guys need to employ or hire a team to revamp your services if you want to remain in the game

The worse app ever... Whatever upgrade is been done on it should be hurried up...This is d most highly frustrating app ever .. Please look at your counterparts app and be like them or better...

This app is so frustrating.. Times out about 100 times bfore u can do a transaction.. Its annoying.. Pls fix this.. I used to like it bfore.. My other bank mobile app is on the go. But this.. Disappointed

Unreliable. Takes forever to transfer funds, except you wait till midnight, everytime you want to transfer funds. I repeat again UNRELIABLE!

This is the worst app ever..this app was specifically made to frustrate its users...terrible useless waste of time app.

I don't understand this app on.... They keep asking for my pin whenever I want to do transaction and when I put the pin I used when I opened it.. I people will now start to speak grammar for me... I need to transfer money out and I can't go to bank cos is not in my area ..please help

This app is nonsense,whenever I tried to use it the only thing I see is failure your money will be reserve within 24 hours very annoying

It keeps telling me to update it whenever I log in my details. I've already uninstalled and re-downloaded it several times.

It so helpful in time of urgent use, but when msg dropped in my box, it said bank charges #0.00 and #100.00 will be deducted from my bank account money in every transfer.

Its so annoying with this app I wanna buy airtime from my bank acct its always saying error or I contact the bank

I cant buy airtime, can't pay bills,can't check bal,can't transfer.The truth is I love sterling bank but pls fix it now.thanks. Thanks it now work perfectly.
