Had no problems syncing this to my Galaxy Alpha. So far it seems to be pretty accurate keeping count of my steps, calories, ect. I would like it if the book came with some instruction on reading the sleep pattern. But that is a minor issue. It wasn't to hard to get it set up. I have no problem with the time. Earlier reviews said it was stuck in military time...mine is not. They must have gotten that bug fixed. You just follow t he instructions on your phone. It is a nice start into the fitness bracelet craze. For what I paid for this...it is great.

I don't know how to do this stuff (computer). I got one of these and it set itself up with no problems. I monitor my day activities and my sleep. Got my friend a more expensive brand and he has already taken it back. Wouldn't connect or even set up. I have a Samsung Avant.

I have been trying for over two weeks now to get my device to connect to my phone (andriod) and it will not connect. It keeps telling me that my ID is not valid..... any suggestions any one? I am lost and i want this to work since i and new to the whole diet/excerise thng. Maybe i need to opt for another fit band.

The step count is incorrect. The emailed stats are non-existent. There is no support for this app and no updates. The app could use some serious improvements. So does anyone care about customer satisfaction at all?? UPDATE: I had to get a new phone, but this app will not allow me to sign in without a 4 digit code that they supposedly emailed to me. However, said email never arrived. USELESS!! Update 2: My iPhone just updated to the new Android OS. Now it says it can't communicate with .

App says "device not found". Super frustrating. If it's only going to work with certain phones it should say that on the box. The app needs a lot of work.

I want to be able to see the clock in 12 hour mode not 24 hour I am not in the military nor have I ever been in the military

If I could give it 0 stars I would. First application that has brought me so much annoyance that I had to leave a review. Has no capabilities to sync with major applications(S-health and Virgin pulse, ex.) has no usage past how many steps you take, data is so mediocre that you get more with the original S-health that is provided with your Android device. Do not waste your time with customer support as they are clueless on everything, don't own android devices as everyone has "apple products". Refunded.

Works great with my LG Android phone. Tried the Misfit tracker it is confusing and doesn't do half the stuff this does. Would definitely recommend the MF fitness tracker.

It's okay to start. But when you get serious it has some flaws. You can only look at 30 days of data at a time. That's great until a month has 31 days. It just doesn't do much outside of a 30 day step counter. The calories burned seems inaccurate and who really cares how long you put the device to sleep to show how long you slept? I went with an Omron pedometer that has more advanced software and can look at daily data all the way through yearly comparisons. I'm just glad I didn't pay $59 MSRP for the device this app works with.

This is a pile I have tryed to get it to work on galaxy tab 4 and S5 and s4 will not find it help please. I have two of them and I can't set the clock with out app

X70%
by X####:

It works pretty well however the tracker portion needs to tell you how many steps you have taken on the graph. It only shows a bar and I have no idea how many steps were taken at that time was it 300 or 1000 there is no way to know for sure. Put that in and it would be at least 4 stars if not 5. Other than that it works great for the price! Works on my Samsung S4 with no problems.

So Far I'm hating it. I have a LG phone. I found it in my apps but it is blank when it says click your device. I have nothing to sync. It won't allow me to enter my email either. This was a gift but I don't know if it's worth the headache I have had FoR two days trying to set this thing up!!!!! May have to go buy a Fitzbit. I bet they got great customer service... Second time starting all over. Today 2-1-16th I deleted the app and reinstalled it. This time it activated my tracker then said not found. Geesh!

We bought 2 of these devices and followed the brief instructions. When it came to setting our email on the Activate Setup screen, it gave the message "MF email account not setup". There are no instructions or website to tell you how to correct this. As a result you get no fitness tracking information on your phone. What a massive fail! We returned both units to the store.

Works fine but I wish I could track more than one at a time. I bought one to motivate my son, and then liked it enough to buy another for me. Unfortunately, I had to uninstall and then reinstall the app on my phone in order to start tracking mine, and then install the app on my husband's phone in order to track my son's, which meant that all of his original data was reset.--------EDIT-- If you forget to manually sinc your tracker at night then your data is gone, making it sort of useless.

I would honestly give -4 stars if I could. This only connects to Samsung devices, the box says it connects to all but the instruction pamphlet gives a skimpy list of compatible devices. You really get what you pay for here unfortunately.

Registered just fine, had for several months. The steps are pretty close to the steps my phone records. I wish the break down of the sleep pattern was better. No real complaints here. Seems to sync everytime I try it.

I've tried having this thing connect to two different phones, still won't connect, my mother has a IPhone six and her tracker connects just fine. I tried getting my phone to connect to my Father's and it wouldn't, I wasted my phone companies time for this crummy device and now my phone connects to everything again. Make a website so everyone that has one of these can report a problem and you can fix it and give those people new upgraded ones. I would love it if it worked properly and not disconnect.

I have no problems with it on my phone. Keeps accurate count, what else is needed. I have a HTC ONE M8 Android 5.0 Lollipop no problems even after the update to 5.0 Lollipop.

To use the tracker. Download the itek app (the one with the white icon). Go to settings, hit BT connect and select the MF tracker. Then do a sinc. Works every time. DONT WAIT FOR AN UPDATE FROM THIS COMPANY THERE WONT BE ANY!!

Wont connect and didnt come with trouble shooting tools. I think you should include more trouble shooting tools before you sell a product with so much confidence that every one is going to like it and be able to use it properly. I mean like there is no "If you have problems" in the instruction book what so ever!

My phone sees the device and is able to reset it, but since I have never registered my email address, one of two things happens, when I try to sign in: 1) "Your Email ID is not registered" or 2. if I leave the email field blank, "Please provide valid email address" The website is down, with a message about CES, so there's no way to find information, there, either. The device and the app are both useless to me, until I can register. Please fix this, so I can use my new toy, and improve my life. The following is an email I received from support, on this app, when I asked why I could not pair this with a device that is fully capable of working with it: ++++ We apologize for all the trouble and inconvenience, and as you noticed, the problem here lies with the actual app. This product as well as the device itself are fairly recent and the are still being updated as we speak, so the problem you are experiencing is due to bugs and glitches that should be updated soon. My suggestion is to wait for any updates for the app and that would be only possible solution to activate the device. Thank you, Customer Service

I did a 45 min workout today, and it says I burned 60 calories. Pretty inaccurate... and it's not tracking my sleeping patterns. I'll wait for an update before I ask for my money back from the manufacturer...

Don't waste ur money on this product. All of the comments I have read r the same issues that I am having, I.e unregistered email n unable to find device. I have no instructions from site or literature to reference to even possibly try n trouble shoot the problem. My personal opinion DO NOT WA SEE UR TIME TRYING IT OUT EITHER. This company obviously has no care for the customers or product quality. Get a fitbit or misfit. Have had absolutely no issues w the quality product they have to offer.

The outside of the box says it works with android phones. The inside says it ONLY works with galaxy s 3, 4, 5, Note and Samsung Note tablets. Also nexus phones and a tablet. Shouldn't that be on the OUTSIDE of the box so those of us with other phones or tablets don't bother????

Ok for everyone having problems connecting i found a short cut i have a LG flex and was not able to connect with the app seems theres a problem using some phones apple and samsung seem to be the only phone's the app will connect to so i used my old samsung galaxy 3 download the app made a account with my email connected with no problem then i open the app on my LG flex login using my email and bam works great now

The device is very inexpensive. It's capability is consistent with its cost. There is no easy way to put the app on your PC or transfer data from your phone to your PC. In spite of what the app store says, I cannot put the software on my Nexus 7 tablet (it is a Sept 2013 device running Lollipop 5.0.2). On line support for the device is nonexistent. As a pedometer / mileage tracker its fine. If you want something that allows you to maximize the data you get, spend 75 - 150 bucks and buy a better device.

How does this device and app determine how far you've walk/ran when it doesn't ask you to input the length of your stride?

And now it can't find the device. Started out, it would find the device and I'd try to sign in using Facebook but I'd get a perpetual load screen that says "please wait." I tried this several times and even restarted my phone. I decided to try registering another way, but I can't even make it that far because I keep getting a "device not found" error.

A couple things - Please correct the typo's. Also, I wanna be able to change from European/military time mode. Add a food tracker option to the app and I would be set! I really like the size of this piece and the band is fully adjustable. Feels very similar to my Fitbit (did not survive a trip to the washing machine) & the price is decent.

From reviews I was able to connect by borrowing an ipad to set it up at first. Not very accurate. Tracker's display is stuck in military time, but its really annoying watching the pic while updating clearly showing an a.m. time. So it should be capable, but no one can figure it out. :( I guess you get what you pay for, but its ok since it was $6 on clearance. It was worth it to see if I would even use a tracker. But why is there so many recent high rated reviews with no comments? Sounds fishy...

I just bought my activity tracker yesterday. I love it. It was very easy to sync to my smart phone. The app was easy to use. And the price was right. It included the necessary information I needed for everyday use. It was a bonus to have the accessory clip-on that came with it.

Bought this for $14.99 at CVS and I got what I paid for. It doesn't track my sleep and steps are highly inaccurate. I woke up in the morning to find that it recorded 737 steps. Unless I'm sleep walking this thing is bullshit. Save your money and just spring for the expensive FitBits and Polar bands.
