تسعي الوزارة لتطبيق منظومة التعاملات الإلكترونية ومنها نظام (احمي بيئتي ) والذي يعد نافذة فعالة لاستقبال البلاغات والتجاوزات البيئية من المواطنين ويفعل دور الرقابة المجتمعية مع تعزيز مفهوم المسؤولية المجتمعية والمشاركة الوطنية لإنجاح السياسات البيئية بالمملكة اذ ان حفاظنا على بيئتنا ومكوناتها الطبيعية من واجباتنا الدينية والاخلاقية والانسانية ومن مسؤولياتنا تجاه الاجيال القادمة ومن المقومات الاساسية لجودة


انواع البلاغات والتجاوزات البيئية:
يستقبل النظام 16 نوع بلاغ كالاتي:
• تدمير البيئة: تخريب البيئة الطبيعية وتغيير ملامحها بحيث تصبح غير قادرة على احتواء المخلوقات الحية التي تعيش فيها من خلال نهل الرمال : نقل البطحاء والرمل بدون ترخيص ، تحجير تكسير الصخور من الجبال بدون ترخيص واشتراطات بيئية، ردم تغيير في معالم السواحل والدخول الى البحر، تجريف حفر الشعب المرجانية وادخال المياه لليابس
• احتطاب: عملية قطع ونقل وبيع الاشجار المحلية لغرض التدفئة او الطبخ .
• الاتجار بالكائنات المهددة بالانقراض: يحظر استخدام الأسلحة النارية في الصيد أو أي وسيلة تؤدي إلى اصطياد أكثر من حيوان في نفس الوقت.
• صيد الحيوانات والطيور البرية : الصيد الغير نظامي لا يجوز لأحد مباشرة الصيد دون الحصول على ترخيص من الهيئة السعودية للحياة الفطرية وتحدد الهيئة وبالتنسيق مع وزارة الداخلية المواسم والأوقات والأماكن التي يسمح بالصيد فيها سنوياً، بيع ادوات الصيد الغير مرخصة يحظر استخدام الأسلحة النارية في الصيد أو أي وسيلة تؤدي إلى اصطياد أكثر من حيوان في نفس الوقت
• النفايات: هي جميع المواد الناتجة عن النشاط البشري ويتم الاستغناء عنها لانتهاء المنفعة او زيادتها عن الحاجة نفايات صناعية صلبة وسائلة، نفايات بلدية صلبة خارج النطاق العمراني ، نفايات طبية ، الحيوانات النافقة .
• تلوث البيئة: تلوث هواء تعرض الغلاف الجوي لمواد كيماوية او جسيمات صلبة او مركبات بيولوجية تسبب الضرر والاذى للإنسان والكائنات الحية الاخرى او تؤدي الى اضرار بالبيئة الطبيعية و تلوث مياه تغير الصفات الطبيعية في الماء من ناحية اللون او الرائحة او الطعم ويؤثر سلبا على الكائنات الحية او يجعل المياه غير صالحة للاستخدامات المطلوبة كالتلوث بمياة الصرف الصحي او بالملوثات النفطية او بالأسمدة والمبيدات الزراعية. Types of communications and environmental abuses:
It receives 16 communication system type as follows:
• destruction of the environment: sabotage of the natural environment and change their features so that they become unable to contain living creatures that live through NHL sand: the transfer of Batha and sand without a license, petrify cracking rocks from the mountains without a license and environmental requirements, bridging the change in the coast of landmarks and access to the sea, scraping dig coral reefs and the introduction of water crusty
• Timber cutting: cutting, transport and sale of local trees for the purpose of heating or cooking.
• trafficking of endangered organisms: prohibits the use of firearms in hunting or any way lead to catching more than one animal at the same time.
• Hunting wild birds: Non-formal one may not directly fishing without a license from the Saudi Wildlife identifies Commission and in coordination with the Ministry of Interior seasons and times and places that are allowed to fish annually, selling unlicensed fishing tools prohibited the use of firearms in fishing or fishing any way lead to catching more than one animal at the same time
