Visual Voicemail by MetroPCS

I use to have a regular samsung admire and the visual voicemail was included in my monthly service, it worked amazingly and I never had a problem. However now that I have this new Samsung Admire 4G I can't get the visual voicemail to ever work not to mention now I have to pay for it! It keeps crashing and honestly I don't know what to do. I've become so dependent on visual voicemail that I don't even know how to check my messages otherwise. Someone please fix the bug with the Samsung Admire 4G and visual v

Metro will text message me to activate the sms part but it doesnt work i got literally 8 text messages to activate and i clicked on it and nothing! I would result appreciate the visual post back worked fine before, but nit now! Please fix

Will not work! Tried many times and will not work now I'm not even getting any voice mails whatsoever and I can't even delete and re-install this app because it's an already programmed app on the phone, it's ridiculous I can't even use my regular voice mail now either it's corrupted it

Phone acted poorly until I uninstalled this app after the last time it crashed. I could only run it from notification. I uninstalled and reinstalled from play. Seems stable but don't give it your time if a reinstall doesn't help.

This app came preloaded on my Admire snd I loved it. When I upgraded to the Galaxy S3 I had to download it. The app is working in that it retrieve messages but I can only listen to them. It does not let me read them. I thought that was the whole purpose of "visual" voicemail. I am getting ready to uninstall and find another app that actually does what it says it does.

THIS APP DOSE NOT SHOW VOICEMAILS IN TEXT OR WORD FORM! I STILL HAVE TO PUSH PLAY AND WHAT'S REALLY BAD IS THAT ITS ON SPEAKER!

Its not doing anything and I forgot my password to activate. I'm deaf and I wonder why do you have that app for people who can't hear or help me to get this through.

I installed this thinking I'd b able to READ a text version of my vm msgs. Any and all text-enabled features were inaccessible to me. Totally useless.

I do download it but It doesn't work on phone it keeps saying there is a problem activating i keep trying nd trying nd i still get same answer so please take care of it soon :((((((

Nothing visual about this app. Big disappointment and should be renamed. Not like example where you can read messages. Still easier than standard VM.

My LG Motion didn't come with this pre-installed so I didn't realize I could use visual voice-mail on it -- something I really like. Noticed it was available on Play and installed it without a hitch -- works great!

I thought visual meant we were going to be able to read it..that would be a good thing to just read it and save time

Every message is transcripted incorrectly. I always have to listen to the voicemail to understand the message!! This app needs a complete overhaul.

I know I'm late but I am so happy I found this app. I hate checking my voicemails, calling in, entering my password & then having to listen to them in order really sucks:( It is now so simple to listen to messages & I get to choose which I want to listen to. But I hate the fact that it advertises visual when it actually does not type out the actual message, y advertise it if its not true?? That would of been really cool if that feature actually worked. Still happy Metro has this app tho :)

It doesn't update regularly. At first I thought this app was the best thing going for what I needed, but now I've changed my mind. I've gone back to regular voicemail retrieval methods.

I have downloaded both versions, and this one goes as far as to perform mailbox installation, but that is as far as it goes. Repeats that step over and over. Other version, won't even open!!!

I tried to use it wouldn't let me change my voicemail recording wouldn't show I have any new voice mails even though I know I have three at least because there in my hot bar waiting for me to get to them.

Easier to hear messages with pause/play forward/reverse but it doesn't show text like the demo/example pictures depicts. Has no options for that and never worked since first signing up with NIB phone. S3 MetroPCS 4.3

Doesn't show voicemail as text as shown in preview,or caller id assigned picture.

It doesn't cover the voicemails into text. That's what visual voicemail means.....

This app has worked great since I got my phone about a year ago. But now all of a sudden it just stopped working. I wasn't able to get my voicemail because I could not remember my voicemail password. What did you do Metropcs my voicemail is very important to me. This needs to be fixed or I will uninstall the app. Two months ago I would have given it 5 stars but now it barely deserves 3

No longer shows as a visual voicemail. I liked that I could read my voicemails when I was in a meeting. No longer works the way it describes. Very disappointing. Fix and it would be a 5 star no doubt!

Mines just stop working. I uninstalled it n installed back n it still dot work. I need help or this app need to get fixed.

There is no visual text it Would be great if it actually was visual. It is Audio voicemail.

It use to work perfectly. Now. Can't get to work PERIOD!!!! Doesn't deserve 1 star.

It won't show the text of the voicemails and that was the whole reason I downloaded the app.. :/

I've never been able to read the the text version of my voicemail on this app. Ever. I called repeatedly to fix it. It's not visual, I can still only listen to it. One hundred percent unhelpful.

App force closes each time during setup.

This app was not pre installed on this phone, but I had it on my previous phone. It is very useful and I highly recommend it.

It need a lot of improvement...mostly times I need to listen the messages to understand the messages but better than nothing...
