Visual Voicemail by MetroPCS

Horrible nothing but ads. Cpuld not even use it. Tried to leave but it directed me to a porn site.

Pretty simple app better than used to having to dial voice-mail and listen to it one by one and with this I can delete multiple unwanted ones at a time and syncing is always on point

Unable to open app since i got the service. I absolutely hate Metro! And their customer service sucks and have very bad language barriers!!!

When your busy and not able to pick your phonecall you can pick and choose which message you want to hear..

You can see who called and when they called at a glance, rather than having to listen through all your voicemails one by one in the regular voicemail application for your phone. However, right now mine is not working at all. All I've got is a black screen and there's no help available to fix it.

I'm devastated.... It deleted my locked messages... My best friend/grandmother passed away in 2015... I locked her voice mails and listened to them when ever I was sad, it was ALL I had of her in the form of live media vs. still photos... And it was deleted by the app. I'm so angry.

Everytime I recive a voice mail through a phone, I have to go to the app to refresh it, or go to settings to turn the visual voice-mail on, which has been set to on. Even when I refresh it, it takes a really long time and doesn't refresh in the end. I end up just quitting. Really annoying. Wish to get an instant visual voice-mail through this app that I can read immediately.

Hasn't synced since April..... issues regardless of what I try. No support to address this issue. Wish I could give a 0 star or negative star like your deserve. Terrible product and shouldn't even be allowed on a phone much less the default. Fix this issue please

MY PROBLEM IS EXACTLY AS CARLA PHILLIPS DESCRIBED IN HER REVIEW. I JUST BOUGHT A GALAXY ON5 AND VISUAL VOICE MAIL DOES NOT WORK ON THIS PHONE AND THE REPS @ METROPCS DON'T KNOW ANYTHING!!!

I GET A VOICEMAIL NOTIFICATION, I GO TO VISUAL VOICEMAIL BUT I CAN ONLY LISTEN TO THE VOICEMAIL, NOT READ IT. THEN IT SENDS THE VOICEMAIL TO ME AS A TEXT.BI DON'T WANT THAT!!!! NO ONE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE CAN TELL ME WHY

Horrible app! I had my my new phone less than 12 hours and it kept lagging, I was about to return but decided to install my favorite malware and virus remover and booster. What do you know, the app that contained the malware was the pre installed metro pcs visual voicemail app! This is unacceptable! I have always used youmail and love it, and am being told if I want to use it I have to pay Metro an additional 5 a month to have conditional call rewarding just to use a different visual voicemail app.

The only metro app that works. That makes you some of the only folks at metro that seem to do their work. Jumping ship? All I see are holes...it cant float like that forever.

Doesn't actually delete my voicemails when I click the delete button in the app. And forces you to use the speaker option to listen to them, when you put it up to your ear to hear them without it, it blacks out the screen and stops playing the voicemails.

Doesn't download any of my messages. It's just taking up space on my phone, sucks because every representative keeps telling me that it's fine..... Really though???? This has been an issue that's a year plus old

You have to keep on top of deleting voicemails once you don't need them. When full it stops working.

There's no way to select multiple, so when the mailbox gets full , messages are stupidly deleted. Iterables are basic to programming, therefore , the design is poor and lacks fundamentals...

I just installed this on my updated 7.1.1 and it will not activate. I tried for several hours. Phone is One plus one with CM 14.1. I installed the T-Mobile visual voicemail and it activated immediately and all my stuff was there.

I've been hoping that one day it would come out with the reading ur text to. I can't wait to try it out I'll change my review if i like it. Y can't I read mine there's no words!!!

**Update 8/14/16 Working now,believe was a Firewall app I had been using for a while.But leaving at 4stars since Devs never care to reply to Anyone.But in all Fairness,It Does NOT say "transcribed" voicemail ! That service costs extra.

Would be great if all of my messages showed up... they don't. My phone says that I have new voicemail, but nothing on Visual Voicemail. Happens often.

Not working properly! I only get the option to listen to my voicemails on the dial voicemails. And it doesn't sink or update to the newest voicemails that come in. It's a pain I've reset everything several times and even had the guy at the store reset, rebooted everything and it's still not working right. Arrgghh...!

So you're telling me in I can listen to my voicemails & read them too , however , in the description you tell us now we gotta pay to be able to read our voicemails ... Well I mean that kind of sucks cause you end up contradiction yourself you tell us we can then suddenly now we gotta pay ? Well which is it ?

I did love it until the update...don't like the extra "voicemail" in my call log and CANNOT/WILL NOT update even when I refresh or turn phone off/on...FIX IT PLEASE !!!***I uninstalled updates and IMPORTANT messages that I had saved were deleted...I think apps(updates in this case) need to be tested more before releasing them or give the public the impression that they safe and our stuff is safe...

This app doesn't work properly. It cuts off in the middle of the call. When it's connected to WiFi or my data it still cuts off. It sucks to the tenth power

I have not had the visual aspect of the voicemail since end of last year. No idea why & nothing will fix it...I use to love this app :'(

It works ok, but it sometimes does not sync after I initially boot up my phone in the morning. I have to restart the phone to get it to sync. I have tried to clear the cache and I make certain I install the updates from the Play Store. I wish I was able to select a notification tone for when messages are received, I am forced to use the "default" notification tone.

I love the app but didn't know I had it for 6 months. Finally found directions on how to get the widget on my home page. I love being able to see the phone number and replay if I miss something.

Not able to read messages that option have not been working for months now where is the privacy when your around others

Seems to be a good app but there is no volume to the recording I turn my phone all the way up and it sounds like it's just barely on! need to fix the volume make it louder

I just love visual voice mail because you can read your messages before you listen too them and know which ones you need too call first in the order of importance. Thank You MetroPCS. Having this application on our phones.

I have paid for subscription to metro for visual voice mail. THIS PROGRAM DOES NOT TRANSCRIBE ON MY ROOTED OR NON-ROOTED GALAXY CORE with LOLLIPOP. Ilove metro but this app sucks

It used to work great. Metro pushed out an update and now it does not work at all and my old messages I'd saved are gone.

For whatever reason...the app wont create a short cut to the homescreen..??? I must go to the playstore everytime and OPEN the app to see vm??? Any solution?? Do you even respond to the these??

I hate this app it has messed up my storage space on my phone and everything has been running slow and it won't let me uninstall it

This app has been working very well from Day 1. The icon shows when verbal message is received. The updates are current. Works for me!

This app no longer works after last update. When I receive a voice mail I open this application and nothing shows up but when I call my voice mail it says I have 3 new voicemails. Please Fix this!

I love this app. Ive searched for other vis mail & cant find a better one. !! 5 stars from me ! Keep up the " great work". Love it.
