joyn - MetroPCS US

Getting error-7 message. And it is NOT my phone. Everyone I know with this app says the same thing or something very similar to it. Are all of our phone flawed?! I seriously doubt it! This app is useless. UNINSTALLING.

I downloaded this app for the same reason a lot of other people did; they were getting poor reception where they live. At first joyn worked great, but ever since the last update it has had a hard time connecting at all. Just tried to reinstall the app and now my account has been suspended.

If I could give zero stars I would! Local metro retailer suggested this app for low signal areas with WiFi! That would be great if it would load up an run period but no such luck! What garbage, metro needs to get their act together or their gonna lose alot of money an I'm not just talking about my 5 phones!!! So DISAPPOINTED!!!

This app does what it its advertised to do for my lg motion but I updated my phone to the LG G3 becaus my old one broke and doesn't support it :'( is there any way to make it work?

I don't know what you guys did to the last update, but i never had any problems before the update, now i cant even connect to a network. Pointless app now.

What's the point of paying for a service and haof of the add on services DONOT WORK! the block it app doesn't work and Joyn Does not work either I've been trying to use it for 3 months and IT NEVER WORKS Tired of services I can't use I think I'll find a new service provider!

Used to work great, but not now. I have to use Magicjack to make calls. Please fix this app. It keeps shutting down and tells me my account has been suspended.

I went with metro because it was cheap but also with the reassurance that I can use joyn when the service bad. I'm in the military and I'm stationed somewhere in the middle of no where with no service and I was depending on joyn to keep in contact with my family, but now I can't because the program "required" an update and the update needs to connect to data for me to use. Now I have no way to use my own phone number to contact anyone. Thanks metro, you've done nothing right.

Had it before, it worked super. Now it does not work at all. Install ittoday like 4 times, and says something regarding the network... Dont like it

Installed joyn on lg esteem. keeps giving error-1 message...deleting soon if can't be fixed.

Automatically updated itself and now refuses to connect to network. Used to use it frequently. Was a solid app. Now it's garbage.

It's caused alot of dropped calls. When I turn it off,I don't lose the call.

Would like to be able to turn it on and off at will...hate that it HAS fo be on and re establish connections....would like to be able to customize it to turn on when I want to.

It only lets me use it when on wifi. I have 4g ALL the time. You purposely programmed it that way.

I only gave it for stars because sometimes wifi calling is laggy but for the most part the app works great. Video calling is awesome, the text messaging interface is better than the one on my phone. If you have internet but poor to no signal wifi calling will be your go to resource.

Make available for unlocked devices!! I would love to use it but it wont let me because i have an unlocked galaxy s5

The 4g is out more than on. It's always disconnecting and reconnecting. Hopefully with merger that will be fixed. So until then 1 star :(

It's works well sometime no problem at my job but then there time when it say account suspend check your metro PCs which makes no sense it need to be fix better, what is the point of having a new phone you can't use.

You do need to connect to 3 or 4g so joyn can register the app once to verify your a customer but this program is for ppl w/no cell coverage so..(that makes no sense??) Developers can you make the dialer more like android or um..just use android its horrible to find contacts unless you scroll through them all or know all numbers? Poorly designed Also randomly some calls ring forever if its not answered or rejected GS3.

I loved this when I had a metro phone now I switched to an HTC one m7 factory unlocked and it says this device is not supported any chance that will change?

It looked good but when once you got there, too many issues and it didn't work. I downloaded this application to resolve my connection issues while away on business. After installing I still dont get calls and no text messaging or file sharing. Going to switch to a new carrier do to the inability to do business using my phone on any way. More harm than good if you want to know the truth.

I have tried constantly to sign up but never can so I'm taking it off and not gonna bother anymore.

Even being in other countries and having wi-fi available it was working amazingly well, but after I updated my G S3 to Android 4.3 - really joyn worked not more. In other words Joyn need to be updated too.

My phone is not supported .I have LG i'm not sure why it says I have to wait for updates.If this is a Metro site it should work.

Kept asking me to connect to the network and turn off WiFi. What a P.O.S. app

In the middle of every call i stop getting audio from the person I am talking to but they can still hear me. Will rerate when this stops.

I had this app last year and it worked fine. I stopped using it so I erased it from my phone. Decided to redownload it and find that it is total crap now. Like everyone says you keep getting error 7 message, and I have great reception. Erasing it again!

I am able to make the calls buthardly able to recurve then. I can't text anyone but I can receive the text. That app works great, fast, and easy to use. If I was able to text/'chat' with users like it implies the app would be great.

Recently I moved just outside of the coverage area and have gone nuts with this app or that app trying too make a call. By stroke of luck I came upon this one. It has worked perfectly every call and text! I'm back in touch without having to change service provider. Thank you soooo much!

I have a Samsung Galaxy S4, with metropcs, I'm trying to use the joyn app and I haven't been able to do it. It prompts a Window saying "not yet support in your device. Please check soon for updates in Google play." Therefore, are we expecting that update soon so I can use the helpful app? Otherwise, this app is working for nothing, wasting my time and memory in my cell.

I'm loving the wi-fi calling. I have dead spots in my house so I use my wi-fi to make and receive calls on my cellphone inside the house. BUT THE ONLY PROBLEMS I HAVE WITH THIS APP IS IT DOES NOT SEND CALLS TO VOICE MAIL also it's not Bluetooth compatible.

Doesn't work perfectly all the time, it if you have spotty cell reception at your house like me, this is lifesaver. Definitely recommend.

When deciding on a new phone after ending contract I went with metro on the sales pitch that this "feature" would solve my reception. It drops my calls and frustrates my friends & family and me.now I have a 500 dollar phone that is illegal to unlock and finally they update really invested on this app getting a lot better ...hahahahah

I don't understand why Metro PCS joyn app doesn't support MOTO G when one can use the phone and their network. I use joyn for area with poor reception but now I can't. Please metro pcs support Motorola Moto G.

Have yet to be able to connect to this app, spent 45 mins with online chat rep for MetroPCS trying to troubleshoot app. Got NOWHERE. Maybe I will try JOYN customer service today. Clearly by previous previous its not worth it..
