The deals are great i cant complain but the app itself is a little faulty. My system informed me that its causing my phone to run slow and in addition to that ive had ten errors occur in a week. Also the deal map doesnt work, once i try to use that option it takes a while for it to load then closes the app and i return to my homescreen. I think thats what causes the reported errors. Besides that there are no other flaws and i hope to see the app doing great. Though i suggest you could arrange the offers into categories, seperate them from travels to food and entertainment and etc. So itd be easier for users to looks through the deals. Hopefully my concerns and suggestions will be of help and i wish to hear from you soon.

Give 5 stars for now...my first order-i had to request a refund because the availability of the date for the buffet i purchased was not available for the event I am preparing for. It only took 24 hours for me to get my credits on my account, I then used those credits to purchase an item that says 3 day delivery, and I was able to receive it before the 3 day period. That's great! And also to add up, the online banking transfer is now showing up as an option for my bank...that's just perfect!

This is the first that I have to post a review. The app always crashes. If I search a deal, sometimes it displays the result and then mostly it does not even if the same keywords are entered. Then, it crashes, eventually. Additionally, why does this app doesn't have any registration feature?

So far ok naman yung service nila. Over the counter ako always magbayad. After ko i confirm paynent. Agad agad dumadating sa email ko yung voucher. Basta golden rule naman nila bago ka mag purchase tawagan muna yung brach for confirmation :) Salamat Metro Deal ^_^

The forgot password it not working. If I tap the link (using my mobile phone) the url redirect to mobile site instead of reset password page.

it's cumbersome having to use a browser just to check current deals... why can't i log in using my fb page? please check your app for bugs and update accordingly.

Careful using their mobile app. I was double charged because their app crashed and I was asked to resubmit the payment. When I called the CS and ask for sup 2x, they told me there were no sup. And they will refund 45-60days. Seriously?!

poor service! I bought peninsular hotel voucher and paid it,it stated i have to book 3 days in advance before the preferred date but when i proceed to the booking process it stated we can book 2 mos from now and that is JULY 2017!!and now no updates f poo r my refund! unsatisfied customer here! I ordered a voucher code for a course on shaw academy and when I redeemed it from the merchant, it was for THE WRONG COURSE! WHAT A BIG SCAM! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!! I PAID FOR THIS ALREADY, SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS FIRST

You guys do not know what commitment is. Delivery within 3 business days but took 2weeks before it is delivered. Gosh! What an awful thing. Do not over promise, cause you cannot deliver on time.

My last items bought was November & December 2013. It really is hassle free and it arrived on time. But then, I have purchased a voucher for Puerto Galera last night. Since it's week-end, my choice of payment is my friend's credit card. It says, "Transaction success. Thank you for your order!," but it didn't appear in my orders. No mail was sent to me also. The order appeared is just my expired mode of payment for bank transfer. Please review it.

whats wrong with this app! cant even sign in it keeps on saying invalid email. i used that mail before when i purchased a voucher but why is it invalid anymore! :3 i tried signing in using fb and email but it doesnt work! it says invalid!

My first use was ok. I made a great deal. When i open it again, the app crashed.. And when i try the deal map, it crashed again for two times...

Given the catchy ad and extremely insane and great offers, who wouldnt fall in love with this app at first sight? However when I purchased my first voucher, its asking me to fill up my details so I did. But I got stucked on the Invalid address field saying it only accept alphanumeric characters. I tried to correct it but it never take any input. Just thinking how the developers suck on rectifying this very basic bug. Or shall I say this is part of their Scamming motives?

I know there's a button that says log in with Facebook but it still wouldn't let me. There's a pop up that says Your Facebook account cannot be used for log in. Could you please check.

I should've read the comments first before installing this. So I purchased a travel package going to Coron. I already gave my debit card num and saw that it has been deducted already after that I never received an email nor a reply about my voucher. Called customer service and was told that they havent received my payment yet. Bullshit.

I think it would be more helpful if you add a comment box on the merchants items/services offered so others would see if its worth their money. But all in all everything's great.

Call the company/restaurant or the place/deal before buying a voucher for smooth transaction.do not use your bank account for the payment.always pay over the counter.call and confirm first.

Works for me. I already bought 3 vouchers and I did not have any problem. But there was this time that my order was not delivered, so i called metrodeal. They were really accommodating and gave back what i spent as a virtual money. I used that money to buy my third voucher.

The app crashes and I can see no listings when I open a few pages..pls fix.

I purchased provincial cookware set 3 with and should be delivered for 7days. But it count months until now no arrival of that product. Sent email for inquiries but no reply.

i purchased a voucher for bluefin restaurant it was indicated that on my next visit i will get a 50% discount. when i went there and used the voucher, i showed the screenshot of metrodeal's advertisement to the supervisor it seems that she is not aware of that promotion, she told me that she will get back to me the next day but i still havent received any feed back from her.

I cannot access any deals anymore.. I unsintalled then re-installed but things got worse.. Please help me..

I bought a voucher for e-learning pad for my godson on July 2nd and the recipient has not received anything yet. The delivery address is just within Manila. What's even worse is that contact numbers cannot be contacted. They won't even bother to respond to you on their Facebook page. I purchased a lot of vouchers from Metro deal, restaurant deals were good to be fair. But buying gadgets from them ruined their reputation. I'm so disappointed.

Whenever I go to Deal map, it stops working and crashes. I will give 5 stars if fixed.
