How to enroll in Metrobank’s Mobile Banking Service
1. Sign-up for MetrobankDirect at https://www.metrobank.com.ph
2. Go to OPTIONS Tab.
3. Select ENROLL then click on MOBILE BANKING ENROLLMENT.
4. Choose your OWN and 3rd PARTY ACCOUNTS.
5. Create your TEMPORARY MOBILE PIN (MPIN)
6. Continue and confirm enrollment to Metrobank Mobile Banking.
You may also enroll thru your depository branch.

How to activate your Metrobank Mobile Banking Service

1. Enter your MOBILE NUMBER then tap SUBMIT.
2. Receive the ACTIVATION CODE via SMS or EMAIL.
3. Key-in the ACTIVATION CODE to proceed.
4.Use the MOBILE PIN that you nominated during enrollment in MetrobankDirect. This is your CURRENT MPIN.
5. Create a new set of MPIN.

I've had the same situation while using this app, i could not even log in because of the error daw, which is not..kapag ganyan pa rin ang apps nyo baka may magreklamo na sa inyo sa DTI o bka maging usapan pa kayo ng media sa sobrang dami ng ngrereklamo sa Apps niyo..

At first, it was really convenient. However, it does not update the info I've made with my account, I've made some changes with my beneficiaries but they don't reflect in the mobile app. There's no option for paying credit card as well. Pls improve more.

Until now I haven't received any email after enrolling on the website. I still couldn't access the app because I wasn't able to get the activation code yet. So how long shall I wait for this so called, "click the activation code that WE JUST SENT you on your email."?

I don't have savings account with Metrobank although I do have Matrobank credit card. Website is requiring me to put up a savings account first before I can use this app. It defeats the purpose of installing this app.

1) Should have the ability to update your mobile number from the app or online instead of going to the branch of account. 2) Saved merchants online is not synced on this app and there are other merchants online that is missing in this app, it feels like this app and the online account is not using a centralized DB 3) the list of other merchants are order listed... You need to scroll and check each name, that should be sorted alphabetically 4) login is insecure, we can use the same UN and PW instead

Sana pwede rin magregister ng overseas number para sa mga OFW. tsaka sana extra security. Gaya nung ginagamit mo dito sa abroad. May 2 question muna at yung pangatlo password mo to log in. Na-lock out kasi ako e andito ako sa abroad. D naman pwede ung number ko dito para ma send nila yung unlock code.

I uninstalled this app because I am unable to purchase a load. I am getting an error saying no load denomination. What's going on? I used to enjoy this app but now it's really frustrating.

Change the icons are blurry and pixilated need to change it. Kinda irritates me a lot. Give it a more flatter look.

Im also using the citibank app, you can get some idea from their app about the interface. There should be an option to show a detailed account transaction on this app. The flow of the user interface is not that friendly

Nice! Good to use mobile app rather logging in to your site everytime! Easy to register and activate as well, that's a plus! There should also be an option to check transaction history like a mini statement of the past 10 transactions, mine did not show this. Of course many people can think of things that need to be improved but Overall, its a good start! =) thanks Metrobank!!

It says always INVALID TOKEN when I input my PIN! So I decided to try clearing the data of the app then what happened next was it came back to the the first steps then I solved it... Lol

Nagtry ako sa buy load and then sarili kong number recepient ko niloadan ko ng 30 pesos pero di pumasok ! Pangalawang beses na un nababawasan ang laman ng debit card ko pero wala naman ako natatanggap na load. #metrobank online app or online website napaka walang kwenta! My phone was stolen by some evil thief. I changed my password but forgotten it, my account is now lock out i tried doing the forget password then it sent it to my stolen phone number there is no effing option to send it via email. I called metrobank 8700-700, had to dial it several times because line is always busy until i was able to talk to a cs name ely. I told her my concern and the resolution they have is "you need to visit your branch to have your phone number updated". I asked for metrobank examiner's contact number and they told me the same thing. I then asked them, "paano kung disabled na ako at imposible nang makalakad, papupintahin ninyo pa din ako diyan?!". It was Martin Cruz who i spoke to from the branch. Ni wala man lamang option na isend nila ung reset passwprd sa email die to security daw. Antatalino pala ng gumawa nun at system nila eh, di naisip paano kung nanakaw ang cp! Nakaka high blood! Walang kwenta! Pwe! Hinding hindi ako magoopen ng account sa bulok na #metrobank na yan! #BULOK!!! Kaya ka nga nag online for convenient eh tapos ganun lang ang papagawa sayo para daw secure, pano naging secure un gayong nanakaw ang cp mo?! Kaya sa mga kaibigan ko or kakilala na makakabasa nito, if you want security sa perang pinanghahawakan ninyo iwasan ninyo ang #metrobank. Mag BDO na lang kayo or bpi which i have an account with and hindi ako nagkaron ng ganitong problema. #METROBANKBULOK

i've already had to re-register several times coz for some reason the mpin loses validity and gives me the message "invalid token" even if i've logged in w/ it countless times previously! which in turn makes me lose my favorites list! very inconvenient! just like many who have experienced this problem w/ the undelivered prepaid load purchase, i too have gotten victimized by this! u keep on replying w/ the template that advises to call or email customer service, WELL I HAVE SEVERAL TIMES BUT DID ME NO GOOD!!

I've been trying to register my mobile number several times, after few seconds of waiting. A pop message will appear saying "SORRY FOR THE INCONVIENCE, PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER" I don't know if this app even works!

Got debited w/o dispense on my atm. Now im waiting 7 bus days and the worst thing? Metrobank wont notify or update me thru sms or call and just asked me to do a bal. Inq to know if my debited money is back. However, even this app wont let me login saying 'invalid token'. I really hate this bank. I just dont have any choice as my company payroll sys is w/ metrobank!

To whom this concern addresses thereto, can you please consider providing feedbacks to those who have this app rated as inconvenient rather than redundantly replying to those who have satisfied by the latter. If you keep appreciating those who find this app as good instead of resolving numerous inconveniency claims, then you are doing nothing to improve your services. I'm rating you five stars only for the sake of having this comment be recognized, and for you to somehow make an action as well.

Maybe the 5* review came from the developers. This is nonsense. If they gonna charge customer, I'll just open my mobile browser and acess metrobank direct. Ohhh its free now... good

The app is good and convenient but I'm wondering, how can I transfer to another account. I cannot add the another account as well. Please do something about it. Awaiting for you updates in the future.

Pls improve the paying bills, it should be easier and convenient but why did you design that makes it hard for us,. And i would like to add up the buying of load, I i was so happy for this part but when transaction made it automatically deducted from your saving or money that quick but sometimes you'll receive you load after 1, 2, 3 hours and the worst is 3days as my experience. Pls make this app easy for us. I still like this anyway, This helps me a lot on paying bills without going in the bank or mall.

What's the use of this app? Just for checking balances only? Can't make a trasaction inquiry, does not show anything, pretty useless unlike PSBank app you can almost everything thru the Mobile App. We are not satisfied unless you do a overall makeover of your crappy app. No wonder it does no have good ratings.

I'm not good at remembering account numbers so I prefer to use account names. I would be better if I can replace with names instead of numbers or just sync it with Metrobank Direct. Also, it would be nice if I don't need to add accounts one by one. Just add one account and lookup for the rest which already been registered at MetrobankDirect. And kindly add viewing of the credit card accounts.

It's exciting to find the MBTC app finally available.Although the same app does not require enrollment to reload or pay bills, the low rating generated from unsuccessful cellphone reloads paid for creates less confidence about its reliability.It shows no transaction history and limits access to just deposit account/s.What's unique: logs you in with MPiN and logs off by merely closing the app. What's commendable: the bank response to app feedback. What to look forward: an improvised app in the near future.
