The old app was so much easier to use and understand! It saved the user name and the new one doesn't...you also only had to type in one password...the new one you have a password and you have to answer a security question...that's to much for me! Especially on my phone on the go and in a hurry. It's hard to return to the main screen without it logging you out and you have to log back in. I hate it! I miss the old one :(
I want the old app back. Takes too long to login, does not have option to retain username. Once finally logged in, if you hit back or select HOME from nav menu it kicks back to login screen and I have to login all over again. Uses more RAM than it should need to. And this stupid built-in SnoopWall crap is really annoying. What a joke! Fix it or give us the old app back. Serious delay in closing the app too. This is crap. ...at&t LG g2
Why have access to my camera and photos etc? Works great though every time I love the security question too because it's extra safe and protected. All and all its good but why do you need access to that? Are they eavesdropping on me when I log in? ! Do they use the camera when I don't even know it?!
It's still not great but at least now I can log into my bank account 1 time and actually log in with no hassle, however when I tried to go to bill pay it asked me to sign in again. I'd rather just get on my laptop and go to bill pay rather than go through the Mobile Site.
This app is so bare bones that it's sad, especially due to the amount of hoops that I have to jump through every time I log in. What is the point of the password if I have to answer my security questions? And who makes the only "Setting" "leave feedback" ? Also, and this kills me, the app only works like 40 percent of the time. This app is sad.
This app makes things much more difficult than it needs to be. Having to login multiple times per use, and having to answer a security question are quite inconvenient.
I really like this app. Simple to use: just log in, check my balance, keep track of my purchases, and can easily transfer money from one account to the other. Works great for me, I've had it over two years now and have never had an issue.
To many passwords not user friendly compared to other bank apps
What is the point of a password, if i have to answer a security question..N.D. has really takin a step back in my book.
If I accidentally hit that menu button it will not take me back home to my main account I find myself uninstalling the app

The UI is almost unbearable. Terrible design. Most importantly, remote deposit just doesn't work. No matter how good the picture of the check is, it says it can't read it.
Bad design how do I get started to f****** login
I have too much to put in. Old app was better. Chase app is great. This one goes through too much work and has three different types of ways to get in. I hate this app including remote deposit. Must have to improve, make it easier, and less trouble getting in. Shuts down too much!!!!! Worse app ever. Snoop Alert popped up!!!!! It's a virus found in this app. Warning. Can't be trusted.
Mobile banking portion has stopped working. The page displays "log out" and a timer, but no actual opportunity to log in.
I was loving this app. Recently installed the update now I have no icon for this app on my phone. The only way I can open it to use it is going through the play store. Samsung Galaxy S6 is my phone. PLEASE FIX ASAP!
Terrible app. I could easily see ndfcu advertising but could not access my account.
Revised older review: Bugs apparently fixed. Works good now.

I had high hopes for this app. While it does have mobile deposit, there are some really serious issues. There's no way to turn on the flash for lighting, so the app basically can only be used during the day (normal house lighting is apparently not sufficient). There is a separate sign in for mobile banking (should be SSO). The camera doesn't focus until you click to take the photo, so it's hard to know what the end product will look like. It does not send confirmation emails when a check deposits.
People are being WAY TOO HARSH on this app. The security is over the top, questions, passwords, pin numbers, identity checks. Oh no! It's secure! Because... It's YOUR. MONEY. AT. STAKE. Make peace with how it works, and use it as it's offered, it's one of the better and, most importantly, most secure apps I've used. I too, at first, balked at it. But, it's for financial security. Is rather have the safety. Great app.
I can use it for about 3minutes before it crashes and makes other apps malfunction and my keyboard won't work in other apps including messaging until I reset my phone
This app sets off security warnings for keyboard snooping on both my phone and tablet. Junk!!
Not user friendly. Hard to navigate between pages. You end up having to sign in to your account several times per visit.
App worked perfectly. But now constantly freezes and session "timesout" randomly when I try to log in.
This was suppose to be an improvement. I can't even view my history before 4/1/14. Nor is it easier to login. It's slow, clumsy, and it doesn't even look good. Go back, go back now. Nothing good came of this, nothing useful for your customers. Maybe you shouldn't be worried about your social game, but worry more about your customer satisfaction. Big prediction YOU FAILED!!! Now It won`t even let me login, saying that i`m alread logged in. Uninstalled and reinstalled, still the same. Between bad apps and bad service, i think its time to go on, take the money and run, to another bank. Who actually listen to there customers. Bye bye

Old app was much better. Way too time consuming to navigate. needs a re-do
I get the security update. It is a pain but worth it. There is a lot of fluff that is not needed. It is very difficult to navigate. Should be streamlined and slimed down.
It has started to randomly launch on its own. Uninstalling now. :/
Every time I use it it freezes up my phone and other apps stop working properly...it's horrible
Worst Banking App EVER
This app is great. Love the new security features. It takes longer to log in, so what. If it takes me longer then maybe the hackers won't get in at all. Love NDFCU. All features work better on newer phones. Time to upgrade all you whiners.
Latest mobile updates including this app are horrible. Automatically logs offs while using. Probably going to change credit unions... Someone needs to be fired over this. Almost every comment is negative and members are leaving.
The only thing better about app is the look! Logging in is really bad as I had to do it 5 times when I first used app because I kept hitting back button.....disappointed
