Love it!

Very difficult to use. This is NOT an improvement. Really wasted time and $ to develop this, screens are hard to read. Liked the old app much more, where everything was right in front of you. Changes to Web site are not as annoying, but also not very good.

I can use it once than have to restart my phone and hope the app resets. Viewing my accounts is always a half hour ordeal with this app. Just awful.

The login process needs fixed to allow it to remember your device. Once you login I would rather see the detail of the last month instead of the current month. If it's the first few days of the month you don't get much info. Other than that it works ok.

This app is really irritating to use. I like the concept, it just hasn't been executed well. I hate that I have to login using my username, password, security image and answer a security question EVERY time. Even though I click on register my device EVERY time I log in, it never remembers my credentials. I hope the bugs get fixed soon.

I hate how you have to log in every time. There is no option for biometric log in. Even if I try to register my device, the log in process is the same

It's really kind of annoying having to log in every time and it's just all-around really buggy. Please fix!

It's okay, but it doesn't my device. Going into Bill Pay returns an error code the first time....hummm???

So I logged in, it took me to what appears to be a nested website in the app that asks me to download it again. I did. Now everytime I use the app it takes me to the Google play store. What is the use of having a mobile app if you can't see anything you want to! I recently moved and honestly members first is so antiquated in technology. Why can't we get mobile check cashing yet? That's been available at other credit unions for years!

Got into it but won't let me log out. When going to home screen took me to chrome to log in there. But was able to log out. Would love to have the old one back

I have tried for an hour now to see my interest earned each month. It won't show me anything. I've check the account history and it say nothing happened. If i haven't had any transaction in my account, then there should be alot more money in there

Won't let me log out even after I closed the app. Should really fix that problem. I uninstalled for now.

I like the idea but the app needs some improvements to be more efficient! The app keeps freezing on me. I think once all the bugs are worked out it will be great!

Inaccurate harder to operate then last one won't let me download bank state ments can't see my transactions from last week.

There is an option to register your device to your account but it does not save your credentials like it should. You have to type in your username and password, then choose your security image and answer one of your security questions EVERYTIME you log in. Not to mention Bill Pay doesn't work on the app.

This app is great. Love that it has you log in each time.
