• If your driver's license is from out of state you would need to bring a utility bill or some other document to prove residency

It function no different than the website, and its slower! The interface isn't made for mobile use. Whomever is in charge of all of this needs to update themselves, then the website and app. Its 2014, user friendly is key!

Mobile banking is the same as the website so you still have to scroll to see everything but at least it's a direct link to the login rather than going through the home page. Also it is already zoomed in so you don't have to deal with that on every loaded page like you would on a mobile browser. Could be better integrated and have it's own user interface (like Wells Fargo) but I appreciate the app either way.

Saves me the hassle of logging on to the website. Moves a little faster. Not true online banking but good enough for me.

Whoever designed this app needs to stop. The mobile banking part of the app just links you to the web version. The other features of the app are just as useless. It's like a knockoff swiss army knife that you buy at a gas station for 2 bucks.
