Last update wiped all bill payees info off and will now only send checks. Not Happy.

[I decided to try someone else's idea of uninstalling and reinstalling. It seems to be working so far

This app works MAYBE 1/4 times you open it. It's frustrating, undependable and always makes you feel like you aren't important with this financial institution... If you're gonna release an app for your company make sure it works. Of course, from my experience, Honor Credit Union doesn't care about the customer at all anymore anyway.

Since the new update it kept crashing like everyone else was reporting. I had to uninstall and reinstall and now it seems to be doing okay please fix and I will rate 5 star love the app just not since the update

Just installed latest update and now she crashes every time. Nice work. Prior to this update she was flawless

Very hit or miss. Last update seemed to break it again. I use the browser instead.

Really shouldn't have updated. It literally crashes before it even loads. Sucks because I enjoy online banking.

It is poorly designed, regularly crashes, and takes forever to load, and After the most recent update it doesn't load at all. I belong to a credit union in NC as well they should look at Truliant for a good design.

Never heard of a password being to long. Kind of awful that I had to change my password because it didn't fit your needs even though it's a strong password.

First time install and it won't open even once. As a matter of fact, it's crashing repeatedly WHILE it's not open because I force closed it because it keeps crashing.

Stopped working after last update!

It's not very user friendly. You can't even set up your own bill pay as an option. Needs to be brought into the 21st century for sure.

It won't ever let me log in on the app. If I go to the website i can check my account. But every time I try to answer my security question it won't let me. Its very frustrating and pointless to have this app if I can't log in!

Didn't work 6 months ago when I first tried it. Still doesn't work, even after reinstall.

Just downloaded the app. It's built in firewall kept me from doing anything.

No instructions for use. Needs fixed.

Besides it now wanting to load the page to get into my account at random time. This is like the 4th time the app has disappeared from my phone and won't reinstall.

CONSTANTLY having problems with choosing which account I want my deposit to go into and also taking the pictures it ALWAYS says its blurry and wont accept. even tho the picture looks perfect when you proof it

Is this a joke? It's a simple web front end. It's not really an app, but another "web app". That's what browsers are for. Sad thing though, half the links even correct. I am not trusting my credentials here, probably a Trojan app.

Junk you ruined a good thing

Sorry, I will never instsll this app. All I require is a simple banking app that does not require all these permissions in order to operate.

I got to the point where I enter my password and as soon as I move to the security question to answer that, the keyboard can't enter data into the box. Not to mention this is just a web browser specific to HCU with ads created by/for HCU.
