had my account with fcu over a month now. everybody is treating me like family and helping me out with some credit issues that were brought on by identity theft! very friendly staff! I love that this app allows me to pay my bills, transfer money from account too account, and make my loan payments! very very happy with fcu and will highly recommend both bank and this app!

One of the worst apps I've ever used needs major fixes.

Worst mobile app for credit unions

App used to work pretty decent. A month ago I used e deposit for a 25 dollar check and an 11000 dollar check. They sent me an email stating my deposit was made. A week or more later I got a letter in the mail stating I had overdrawn the account. Long story short they only added the 25 dollar check to my account. Luckily only 1 check bounced, but still cost me $120 in late fees and interest. Was told pretty much, too bad it's your fault for not double checking. Today's deposit didn't post either.

It's good to see the FCU offering a mobile app to their members, even if it's a skin to the mobile site. It would be awesome to get some native features though, such as mobile deposit.

Remove the snoopwall add-on and this could be a good app. Snoopwall blocks everything in the app and won't let me proceed, the only thing that worked was I could log in. After that, nothing functioned as it should.

Works well but since installing I keep getting a "snoopwall" warning message. I uninstalled the app and the warnings stopped. I reinstalled it and the warnings started again.

E deposits dose not work.No matter how many times I try, it won't let me add a file! This it's frustrating because every other bank seems to have this down pat with no problems.this needs to be fixed!

No matter how much I try the edeposit will not let me add a file or take a pic...I was so excited about this new feature now I'm just frustrated beyond belief. And sense the new update I get something called snoopwall that continually cones up.

The navigation needs to be worked on a little, so that when I press the back button on my S5 it doesn't take me all the way back to the login screen, gets frustrating. Also I would love to see the ACH transactions on the menu tab.

I would give negatives on the rating id i could i hate the app the chase app is easyier to used this one suxs
