Used to work halfway ok. But the remote checking is awful. I'm an app developer myself, this kind of stuff isn't hard guys... Pull yourselves together. Great bank but actually go hire a proper programmer, not the cheapest option you can find.

Complete garbage. App is slow, looks awful, and remote deposit never let's me log in, even if I use the exact same username and password. Unacceptable; this is 2017 people.

I hate the remote deposit. It never ever works. So frustrating

The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because remote deposit is wonderful. The main account part is painful. The font size must be 7pt. Did I mention the app was ugly? I'll skip that for now.

I use the same password I have always used but half the time it tells me it is incorrect and kicks me out of using the app

Can access my account information using the 3G or 4G network because of security reasons it's pointless to have it if I have to use my home internet

App constantly crashes went you try to deposit a check. The, "Remember Me" field does not apply when checked, and the app seems slow and unresponsive. Absolutely unacceptable for a banking application in 2016...

Seems to work fine now that I finally got it setup.

Had it for several months and never a problem.

Judging by the reviews and no responses, they're not doing much about it. Can't setup online banking, doesn't like the username/password (doesn't specify which) they gave me at the bank. Going back to my previous credit union! Update: Called the "Remote Services Manager" and found out that she had to set me up in the system and then mail a passcode for me to use on the app/website as a "New User". Evidently the ladies at the front desk of the bank were not aware of this two weeks ago. Waiting for pass code!

Will not remember! Started a few updates ago. Now I have to answer questions every time I open the app. Defeats the purpose of being quick and easy.

Recent glitches causing significant frustration... Fix it please! I'd prefer to not be inconvenienced by updates, but it appears that whatever updates have been done recently are causing me to sign out and sign back in without explanation. Honestly, that's all the information I can give you. It's exhausting.

This app needs some real love to make it appear and perform like a professional banking app should. Right now it just looks cheap and like it's a means to spam ads about the credit union. Also, why are usernames case sensitive here and on the website? Further, there are no instructions as to how to set up remote banking thus rendering the only unique offering this app had to offer its users useless.

Finally managed to get my earlier reviews problem of logging in fixed, but that's it. Constantly crashes, terrible loading speeds when it does run, logs you out randomly, sometimes in the middle of a session. This credit union has helped me thru a lot, but for mobile banking, stick to the website

Rewriting the review - downloaded and installed on my S5, logged in successfully for account access. Looks like the username may be case sensitive, and the fact that the keyboard threw an empty space at the end of the username may have caused the issue. Was able to use account access with no problem. Also was able to use remote deposit successfully for the first time. Very happy with that aspect of it.

Never let's me log in to see how much is in my account, pretty much useless app... The older app worked better!

App used to provide access to accounts. Now it just sends you out to a browser when you select "account access". I'm not sure what else the app does now, but the primary use I had for it is gone.

The app will not let me progress past the sign in screen...keeps saying that I need to verify the account but once I verify it won't let me log in. This needs to be fixed ASAP!!!

Worked very badly on my Droid Charge. But on my new g2 this app works wonderfully. Must be made for the latest and greatest.

Downloaded and installed successfully. Open app and attempt to access my account. Received the verification call and confirm access. Return to app and nothing but "Follow instructions to continue." App doesn't hang, per se, but simply doesn't move from that point. Tried at least three times, received call each time, went back to app each time, and no further progress. I've never written an app before, but I'm thinking that maybe I should try. Very disappointed.

I like being able to get to my account and to apply for a loan right from my phone! It puts my CU right at my fingertips.

All the app does is say tap here to navigate while pointing at my notification bar. Nothing to tap there. Samsung Galaxy Nexus
