Absolutely unacceptably terrible. They act like they are getting on board with the long standing system of electronic deposits.... don't hold your breath. Was unable to complete the transaction due to faults of this app and then was told it was my problem. They could "do nothing" on their end to fix it either. Now my check has 'electronic deposit only' written on it, due to their instructions, and I can't complete that. Thus making the check worthless. This cost me money.

If you want info about the credit union the app is great. But if you want to do anything else you cannot do it without going to the website. I do not need an app with links that take me to the website I can go to it myself. Good try but I will be deleting it from my phone.

I rarely am able to get into my accounts. It won't accept my account number or password which are both correct. I am forever frustrated!!!!
