Frontier Voicemail Viewer for Android
Doesn't accept my vm pin. Really bad app. This function works on my laptop but not my phone or tablet. Frontier should get this fixed. But with no competition from other phone utilities they have no incentive to excel at customer benefits.
Junk. Installed without my permission after i installed frontier app. SPAM!
This app constantly crashes!
Never accepts password, only way to change password is contacting support. Support phone number is always over an hour waiting on hold. If the phone wasn't part of the triple play I wouldn't have it. Needless, especially when password changes is more work than its worth.
The app seems to have been released prior to being completed. It does not have the functionality shown in the screenshots on the app page. Frontier had announced that the app will be ready mid-Nov'14 so maybe this is just an attempt to put something out there even though it does not work. So we're still waiting...

The core functionality of this app has worked for me for the most part. However, any time I am not connected to wi-fi, it gives me a persistent notification saying "Wifi connection is required for calls". I can't swipe it away. It doesn't automatically go away when I re-connect to a wi-fi network. I have to open the app and go to Call Manager for it to go away. This is SO ANNOYING. This was a problem even when it was the AT&T voicemail app. I don't want to use the app to make calls. FIX THE PROBLEMS, DEVS
Verizon dumped its customers without any notice. This company is not ready nor capable of taking care of so many new customers at once. NOTHING WORKS!!! My contract expires in less than 2 months. Bright House, here I come. Verizon you'll never have any of my personal or professional business again.
Where is the VISUAL part? Always had that with AT&T! And why do I continue to get a notification that I must connect to WiFi to make a call? This is for my home phone...not my cell? I'm not making Frontier calls from my tablet or cell. Please correct...annoying as it could possibly be!
Keeps giving me a wifi error message that doesn't make sense. But as long as I get get my messages I won't call customer service. It's too hard to find someone that knows how to work the app.
Over a month and Frontier cannot even get my account profile correct. Somehow in all the garbage we dealt with in here in CT with the transition from AT&T UVERSE to Frontier they thought I pay $150 month for just phone. I am told there is no Guru team that has the power to correct everything. You are kicked around like an old ball. With all the taxes we pay to our government for the services we get no help from them either. So typical America today. Hire me...I'll make your services 9 out 10 in a year
Well, I entered my Frontier account online password and it instantly told me I was locked out and to contact my provider. Which I thought was Frontier. But at least I didn't waste hours on hold like with their dial up service.
It's kind of functional, in that you can check your voice mails. But it often adds a persistent notification about needing wifi to make calls...why would I ever want to make calls with this app? When you do get a voice mail, the notification can be hours late. Lastly, it doesn't clear the notification on your home phone, if you have that. Ultimately I think I have to just turn notifications off to remove the intermittent persistent wifi notification. Kind of a stupid thing. Good thing I only care about checking voice mail once in a blue moon.
I am entering my home phone number that I have with Verizon now Frontier and same password I set for the Frontier app and it tells me wrong information.
Cannot turn off the speaker. Really annoying when I need to check private messages in public. I really want to just read my messages, but that is not possible at all.
Everything ruined after Verizon sold out to these Cowboys. Absolute worthless junk. Does not accept phone number or password.
They're throttling my advertised 3Mps internet to 1.6Mps I asked them to speed it up they refused. I used to get full speed. I hate this company and will switch soon.

The purpose of a VISUAL voicemail is to READ THE MESSAGES!!! This Does NOT happen so you MUST Listen to them. This is NOT helpful when in meetings or places where this is inappropriate. This app just started semi - working this week. When I call home I go straight to voicemail.Frontier destroys any and everything they touch. Frontier should use the same systems and interface AT&T had as it worked properly. Frontier is horrible and the wait /hold times are ridiculous. We lose some type of service daily!!!!
It took a while but it seems all functions work very well.
You can listen but not view. At least name your app correctly. Plus, why does my pin keep changing, tired of trying to call you guys with your heavy call volume. Man, I miss AT&T.

Spent an hour with tech support to no avail. Able to sign into the app, but no messages are appearing. App version appears to be different (has fewer options) than that which is displayed in Play store. Not sure if there's anything more I can do but wait until Frontier does more work on it. AT&T's app worked well. Can Frontier buy that one and re-brand?
Completely failed to download any voice mail left on my line.
Can't even login
Downloaded app a week ago ago, could not login for 3 days, now I can login but get error message and no VM messages. Called customer service and they said they think app won't work until Dec 1. Why release app if it doesn't work? Or why not at least post message saying it won't work until Dec 1?
Frontier continues to disappoint us.

Login feature broken. Can't login. Doesn't accept login credentials. Poorly designed. Substandard app. Not ready for prime time. Basically a dummy app for show. Possibly malware?
